You have no maximum hand size and don't lose the game for having 0 or less life.
Whenever you gain life, draw that many cards.
Whenever you lose life, discard that many cards. Then if you have no cards in hand, you lose the game.

Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos attacks each combat if able, can't be sacrificed, and can't attack its owner.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player gains control of Alexios, untaps it, and puts a +1/+1 counter on it. It gains haste until end of turn.

When Akroan Horse enters, an opponent gains control of it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent creates a 1/1 white Soldier creature token.

Humble Defector

{T}: Draw two cards. Target opponent gains control of Humble Defector. Activate only during your turn.

Defender
Sokrates, Athenian Teacher has hexproof as long as it's untapped.
Sokratic Dialogue — {T}: Until end of turn, target creature gains "If this creature would deal combat damage to a player, prevent that damage. This creature's controller and that player each draw half that many cards, rounded down."

Windborn Muse

Flying
Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays {2} for each creature they control that's attacking you.

Nine Lives

Hexproof
If a source would deal damage to you, prevent that damage and put an incarnation counter on Nine Lives.
When there are nine or more incarnation counters on Nine Lives, exile it.
When Nine Lives leaves the battlefield, you lose the game.

The Locust God

Flying
Whenever you draw a card, create a 1/1 blue and red Insect creature token with flying and haste.
{2}{U}{R}: Draw a card, then discard a card.
When The Locust God dies, return it to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.

Bazaar Trader

{T}: Target player gains control of target artifact, creature, or land you control.

Wrong Turn

Target opponent gains control of target creature. (If an attacking or blocking creature changes controllers, it's removed from combat.)

Twenty-Toed Toad

Your maximum hand size is twenty.
Whenever you attack with two or more creatures, put a +1/+1 counter on Twenty-Toed Toad and draw a card.
Whenever Twenty-Toed Toad attacks, you win the game if there are twenty or more counters on it or you have twenty or more cards in hand.

Khârn the Betrayer

Berzerker — Khârn the Betrayer attacks or blocks each combat if able.
Sigil of Corruption — When you lose control of Khârn the Betrayer, draw two cards.
The Betrayer — If damage would be dealt to Khârn the Betrayer, prevent that damage and an opponent of your choice gains control of it.

Propaganda

Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays {2} for each creature they control that's attacking you.

Silent Arbiter

No more than one creature can attack each combat.
No more than one creature can block each combat.

Goblin Cadets

Whenever Goblin Cadets blocks or becomes blocked, target opponent gains control of it. (This removes Goblin Cadets from combat.)

At the beginning of your upkeep, you gain X life and draw X cards, where X is the number of permanents you own that your opponents control.

Perplexing Chimera

{T}: Target opponent gains control of Yes Man, Personal Securitron. When they do, you draw two cards and put a quest counter on Yes Man. Activate only during your turn.
Wild Card — When Yes Man leaves the battlefield, its owner creates a tapped 1/1 white Soldier creature token for each quest counter on it.

Coveted Falcon

Whenever Coveted Falcon attacks, gain control of target permanent you own but don't control.
Disguise {1}{U}
When Coveted Falcon is turned face up, target opponent gains control of any number of target permanents you control. Draw a card for each one they gained control of this way.

Pendant of Prosperity

Pendant of Prosperity enters under the control of an opponent of your choice.
{2}, {T}: Draw a card, then you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield. Pendant of Prosperity's owner draws a card, then that player may put a land card from their hand onto the battlefield.
