Locus of Enlightenment has each activated ability of the exiled cards used to craft it. You may activate each of those abilities only once each turn.
Whenever you activate an ability that isn't a mana ability, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Whenever a legendary creature you control enters, you may have The Irencrag become a legendary Equipment artifact named Everflame, Heroes' Legacy. If you do, it gains equip {3} and "Equipped creature gets +3/+3" and loses all other abilities.

Portable Hole

When this artifact enters, exile target nonland permanent an opponent controls with mana value 2 or less until this artifact leaves the battlefield.

United Battlefront

Look at the top seven cards of your library. Put up to two noncreature, nonland permanent cards with mana value 3 or less from among them onto the battlefield. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Detention Sphere

When this enchantment enters, you may exile target nonland permanent not named Detention Sphere and all other permanents with the same name as that permanent.
When this enchantment leaves the battlefield, return the exiled cards to the battlefield under their owner's control.

Gogo, Master of Mimicry

{X}{X}, {T}: Copy target activated or triggered ability you control X times. You may choose new targets for the copies. This ability can't be copied and X can't be 0. (Mana abilities can't be targeted.)

Strionic Resonator

{2}, {T}: Copy target triggered ability you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. (A triggered ability uses the words "when," "whenever," or "at.")

Whir of Invention

Improvise (Your artifacts can help cast this spell. Each artifact you tap after you're done activating mana abilities pays for {1}.)
Search your library for an artifact card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

The Millennium Calendar

Whenever you untap one or more permanents during your untap step, put that many time counters on The Millennium Calendar.
{2}, {T}: Double the number of time counters on The Millennium Calendar.
When there are 1,000 or more time counters on The Millennium Calendar, sacrifice it and each opponent loses 1,000 life.
