Commander
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a shield counter on target creature an opponent controls. Whenever you put one or more counters on a creature you don't control, tap that creature and goad it. It gains trample until your next turn. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)

Whenever a creature with a magnet counter on it attacks, all creatures with magnet counters on them block that creature this turn if able. {1}, {T}: Put a magnet counter on target creature.

At the beginning of your end step, for each player, put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature that player controls. Each creature with one or more counters on it can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless its controller pays {X}, where X is the number of counters on that creature.

At the beginning of combat on your turn, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature. Whenever this creature attacks while saddled, double the number of +1/+1 counters on target creature. Saddle 2 (Tap any number of other creatures you control with total power 2 or more: This Mount becomes saddled until end of turn. Saddle only as a sorcery.)

Whenever you put one or more counters on a creature, until end of turn, that creature can't be blocked by creatures your opponents control. Steal — {1}, {T}: Move a counter from target creature an opponent controls onto target creature you control. Activate only as a sorcery.

+1: Distribute two +1/+1 counters among up to two target creatures. They gain trample until end of turn. −3: Target creature you control deals damage equal to its power to target creature or planeswalker. −5: You may reveal a creature card you own from outside the game and put it into your hand.

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a harmony counter on Instrument of the Bards. {3}{G}, {T}: Search your library for a creature card with mana value equal to the number of harmony counters on Instrument of the Bards, reveal it, and put it into your hand. If that card is legendary, create a Treasure token. Then shuffle.

+1: Choose up to two target creatures. Until your next turn, whenever either of those creatures deals combat damage, you draw a card. −2: Tap up to two target nonland permanents. They don't untap during their controller's next untap step. −7: Draw three cards. You get an emblem with "You may cast spells from your hand without paying their mana costs."

At the beginning of combat on your turn, you may move a counter from target creature you control onto a second target creature you control. Cheer — Whenever one or more creatures you control with counters on them deal combat damage to a player, you may draw a card and proliferate. Do this only once each turn.

When this creature enters, put a +1/+1 counter on each of any number of target creatures and a charge counter on each of any number of target artifacts. {1}, {T}, Sacrifice another artifact: Proliferate. Reach Whenever you commit a crime, look at the top five cards of your library. You may put a land card from among them onto the battlefield tapped. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. This ability triggers only once each turn. (Targeting opponents, anything they control, and/or cards in their graveyards is a crime.)

{T}: Add {U}. {2}{U}: Put an hour counter on this artifact. At the beginning of each upkeep, put an hour counter on this artifact. When the twelfth hour counter is put on this artifact, shuffle your hand and graveyard into your library, then draw seven cards. Exile this artifact.

Flying Whenever this creature enters or deals combat damage to a player, exile up to one target nonland permanent. For as long as that card remains exiled, its owner may cast it. Whenever another player casts a spell from anywhere other than their hand, draw a card.

Escalate—Tap an untapped creature you control. (Pay this cost for each mode chosen beyond the first.) Choose one or more — • Destroy target creature with power 4 or greater. • Destroy target enchantment. • Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature target player controls.

Flying, trample As Sin enters, remove all counters from any number of artifacts, creatures, and enchantments. Sin enters with X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is twice the number of counters removed this way. When Sin dies, put its counters on target creature you control, then shuffle this card into its owner's library.

When this enchantment enters, put a rejection counter on each creature your opponents control. At the beginning of your end step, for each opponent, choose up to one target creature they control with a rejection counter on it. Prevent all damage that would be dealt to you and planeswalkers you control this turn by sources you don't control. If damage from a creature source is prevented this way, Comeuppance deals that much damage to that creature. If damage from a noncreature source is prevented this way, Comeuppance deals that much damage to the source's controller.

Whenever you attack, put a shield counter on target attacking creature. Until end of turn, it gains "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, remove a shield counter from it. If you do, draw a card." (If a creature with a shield counter on it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.)

Return target creature card from an opponent's graveyard to the battlefield under their control with a duty counter on it. For as long as that creature has a duty counter on it, it is goaded, can't attack you or a permanent you control, and can't block creatures you control.

Survival — At the beginning of your second main phase, if this creature is tapped, put a flying, lifelink, or +1/+1 counter on it. Whenever this creature or another creature you control dies, if it had counters on it, put those counters on up to one target creature.

{T}: Add one mana of any color. At the beginning of your upkeep, put a night counter on this artifact. Then if it has eight or more night counters on it, remove all of them and create eight colorless snow artifact tokens named Replicated Ring with "{T}: Add one mana of any color."

When this enchantment enters, tap target creature an opponent controls and put a stun counter on it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.) Whenever you tap an untapped creature an opponent controls, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after IV.) I — Exile target artifact, enchantment, or tapped creature an opponent controls. II, III — Until your next turn, creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays {2} for each of those creatures. IV — Create X Treasure tokens, where X is the number of opponents who control a creature with power 4 or greater. Vigilance
