Questing Cosplayer

When Questing Cosplayer enters the battlefield, create a Questing Role token and attach it to target creature. (If you control another Role on it, put that one into the graveyard. Enchanted creature has all the abilities of Questing Beast.)

Problematic Volcano

When Problematic Volcano enters, it deals 4 damage to any target. Then, starting with you, each player assigns their creatures to the left or right of the volcano. Creatures enter to the left or right of the volcano.
Creatures can't block creatures on the other side of the volcano.

At the beginning of your combat step and whenever another Knight enters the battlefield under your control, put a day counter on The Knight of Weeks.

The Snapstone Wielder

If The Snapstone Wielder is your commander and your deck contains no land cards, your starting hand size is four and for the rest of the game, at the beginning of your upkeep, you get a mana counter. During each of your turns, you can spend mana of any color equal to the number of mana counters you have. (You want mana on opponent's turns, you're on your own. Who needs instant-speed interaction?)
Whenever The Snapstone Wielder enters or attacks, cast a random nonland Magic card without paying its mana cost. If it has targets, choose the targets at random.

TL;DR

Exile target creature if it has any abilities other than keywords. (Flying, protection, and partner are all keywords. See rule 702 for details. Landfall and scry aren't keywords; they're an ability word and a keyword action respectively. Yes, there's a difference.)

The Octopus Official

When The Octopus Official enters, if you didn't have an active tournament, announce the top 8. (Reveal cards from your library until you reveal eight nonland cards. Randomly distribute them into four two-card piles, like a tournament bracket. Put land cards on the bottom in a random order.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, randomly put a card from each pile into your hand. The other cards advance to the next round. If only one card remains, you may cast it without paying its mana cost four times.

Rafi, Retro Racer

When Rafi enters and at the beginning of the first upkeep in a game where it's your commander, there's mana burn and combat damage uses the stack for the rest of the game. (If you don't know what that means, ask somebody over 30.)

The Zabulous Cosplayer

As The Zabulous Cosplayer enters and at the beginning of your upkeep, choose a tournament-legal non-Aura permanent card at random. The Zabulous Cosplayer becomes a copy of that card, except it has this ability. (Use the "random card" feature on a Magic card search engine until you hit a permanent card.)

Fear of Forgetting Names

When this creature enters, target creature loses its name.
Creatures you control have protection from creatures with no names.

Personal Decoy

Personal Decoy enters with a number of loyalty counters on it equal to your life total. If it would leave the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else. You can't be attacked.

Boulder Jockey

({D} is a land drop. You may give up one potential land drop this turn to pay for {D}.)

When you cast That Which Was Compleated, you may put a card an opponent owns in exile into their graveyard. If you do, they get two poison counters.

At Least It's a Dry Heat

At Least It's a Dry Heat deals 1,000,000 damage to target creature. This damage can't be prevented, redirected, cause damage to be dealt to a player (sorry, Stuffy Doll), or be compared to damage dealt by sources on the east coast.

Twenty Lessons

Cast a random Lesson spell without paying its mana cost. If that spell has X in its mana cost, X is 3. (As of today, there are 20 lessons. Perhaps look up a list and roll a d20?)

Save Point

When this enchantment enters, draw a card.
Sacrifice this enchantment: Remove each creature from combat and untap each creature that attacked this turn. There is an additional combat phase after this one. Activate only during combat before combat damage has been dealt.

The Game-Changing Host

Anything that could have changed The Game-Changing Host on the turn it enters applies retroactively. (He's been here the whole time.)
{T}: Create a copy of a game changer at random. You may play the copy without paying its mana cost. (There are currently 61. Perhaps look at a list and randomize?)

The Covert Blue Mage

If The Covert Blue Mage is your commander, your starting deck can contain any number of cards beyond the maximum deck size. (For example, your deck can be 120 cards.)
When The Covert Blue Mage enters, create a colorless Equipment artifact token named Covert Sunglasses. It has "Equipped creature can't be blocked" and equip {2}{W/U}.

Stack of Paperwork

When Stack of Paperwork enters, draw a card.
Combat damage uses the stack. (Combat damage assignment can be responded to before damage is dealt. You know, like it used to.)

Sol Ring

The Cosplayzer

You may have The Cosplayzer enter as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it has "The first time each turn an ability of this creature is activated or triggered, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy" and the first letter of its name is Z. (This is both stylish AND makes it a different name for the legend rule!)

The Rebellious Intelligence

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a random card from outside the game into your hand. (In Commander sealed, that's everything you didn't play with. In any other commander game, find a way to select a random Magic card.)
{T}: Add {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}. This mana can't be spent to pay generic mana costs.

The Mox Painter

{1}, {T}: Choose a tournament-legal Mox you don't control at random. Create a token that's a copy of it. Then if you control all ten, create a Mox Lotus token. (The ten are Amber, Chrome, Diamond, Emerald, Jet, Opal, Pearl, Ruby, Sapphire, and Tantalite. Perhaps roll a d10?)

The Misty Stepper

You may have The Misty Stepper enter as a copy of a creature you control, except its name is The Misty Stepper and it has its other abilities.
The Misty Stepper can't be blocked.
Spells you cast have split second. (As long as that spell is on the stack, players can't cast spells or activate abilities that aren't mana abilities.)

Momir Vig, Simic Visionary

Whenever you cast a green creature spell, you may search your library for a creature card, reveal it, then shuffle and put that card on top.
Whenever you cast a blue creature spell, reveal the top card of your library. If it's a creature card, put that card into your hand.

Naturalize 2

Destroy target artifact, enchantment, emblem, or gameplay tracker. (Trackers include play aids such as dungeons, city's blessing, and monarch. When you destroy it, the associated object or designation is removed from the game.)

Yet Another Night in Vegas

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one that hasn't been chosen—
• See the sights — Surveil 3.
• Cause trouble — Target creature gets +1/+0 and gains menace until end of turn.
• Get lost — Each player exiles a creature they control until this enchantment leaves the battlefield.
• I'm fine! Let's go again! — All modes reset and can be chosen again. You lose 5 life.
• Go to bed — Sacrifice this enchantment.

Celestine Cave Witch

When Celestine Cave Witch enters, create two 1/1 black Insect creature tokens.
Whenever Celestine Cave Witch attacks, you may sacrifice an Insect. When you do, curse defending player. (Create a black Aura Curse enchantment token that's attached to that player. It has enchant player and "At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life.")

First Stage of Magic Design

You gain 3 life. Draw three cards. Add {B}{B}{B}. This spell deals 3 damage to any target. Target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn.

Seer of the Bright Side

This creature enters with two cage counters on it.
This creature can't attack or block as long as it has a cage counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a cage counter from this creature. When the last cage counter is removed this way, destroy target creature an opponent controls.

You, Iterative Playtester

{T}: Choose another target playtest card. Increase or decrease a number of your choice on it by 1 for as long as it remains on the stack or battlefield. (You can change numerals or number words.)

The Tokenator

Whenever The Tokenator attacks, you get two token counters. Then create a creature token with the color(s) and creature type of your choice. Its power and toughness are any combination equal to the number of token counters you have. (For example, if you have four token counters, it can be a 0/4, 1/3, 2/2, 3/1, or, if you're really sure, 4/0.)

Sharp Eraser

{2}, {T}: Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card. You may erase any number of words on the card, including flavor text, as long as the card still makes sense. Then cast the revised card without paying its mana cost. Put all other cards revealed this way on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Ebony Fly

This artifact enters tapped.
{T}: Add {C}.
{4}: Roll a d6. Until end of turn, you may have this artifact become an X/X Insect artifact creature with flying, where X is the result.
Whenever this artifact attacks, another target attacking creature gains flying until end of turn.

Mana Max, Afterburner

At the beginning of each player's end step, Mana Max deals damage to that player equal to the number of untapped lands they control.
Whenever a player loses one or more unspent mana, each of that player's opponents creates a Treasure token.

You're Toast!

(They look at the top two cards of their library and put one into their graveyard and the other onto the battlefield face down as a Food artifact with "{2}, {T}, Sacrifice this artifact: You gain 3 life." It can't be turned face up. It's bread.)

Out of Town

When this enchantment enters, exile target creature an opponent controls until this enchantment leaves the battlefield.
When a Town controlled by the owner of the exiled card enters, sacrifice this enchantment.

The Caffeinated Runner

Each opponent simultaneously guesses which one is incorrect. Then reveal the card. Each opponent who guessed incorrectly loses 3 life. You may discard that card and draw a card. (They can't look it up or ask for help as this ability is resolving. Nice try, though.)

The Sprinkler of Stardust

Whenever The Sprinkler of Stardust attacks, look at the top six cards of your library. You may put an instant or sorcery card from among them onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. It becomes a 2/2 creature with "Whenever this deals combat damage to an opponent, cast a copy of this card." (The 2/2 creature stays on the battlefield.) Put the rest of the cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Kozilek, Compleated

({C/P} can be paid with either {C} or 2 life.)
When you cast this spell, each opponent gets two poison counters, then each opponent with more than two cards in hand discards cards equal to the difference.
Annihinfect (Whenever this creature attacks, defending player sacrifices a permanent for each poison counter they have.)
