I — Incubate 2 five times, then transform all Incubator tokens you control.
II — Creatures you control get +1/+1 and gain double strike until end of turn.
III — Destroy all other permanents except for artifacts, lands, and Phyrexians. Exile this Saga, then return it to the battlefield (front face up).

Elesh Norn

Whenever a source an opponent controls deals damage to you or a permanent you control, that source's controller loses 2 life unless they pay {1}.
{2}{W}, Sacrifice three other creatures: Exile Elesh Norn, then return it to the battlefield transformed under its owner's control. Activate only as a sorcery.

Whenever one or more opponents each lose exactly 1 life, put a +1/+1 counter on Ob Nixilis. Exile the top card of your library. Until your next end step, you may play that card.

Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh

The first activated ability of an artifact you activate each turn costs {2} less to activate.
+1: Draw two cards. Then discard two cards unless you discard an artifact card.
−2: Target artifact becomes an artifact creature. If it isn't a Vehicle, it has base power and toughness 4/4.
−6: You get an emblem with "Whenever an artifact you control becomes tapped, draw a card."

Tinybones, Bauble Burglar

Whenever an opponent discards a card, exile it from their graveyard with a stash counter on it.
During your turn, you may play cards you don't own with stash counters on them from exile, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.
{3}{B}, {T}: Each opponent discards a card. Activate only as a sorcery.

Phage the Untouchable

When Phage enters, if you didn't cast it from your hand, you lose the game.
Whenever Phage deals combat damage to a creature, destroy that creature. It can't be regenerated.
Whenever Phage deals combat damage to a player, that player loses the game.

Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God

Nicol Bolas has all loyalty abilities of all other planeswalkers on the battlefield.
+1: You draw a card. Each opponent exiles a card from their hand or a permanent they control.
−3: Destroy target creature or planeswalker.
−8: Each opponent who doesn't control a legendary creature or planeswalker loses the game.

Heliod, God of the Sun

Indestructible
As long as your devotion to white is less than five, Heliod isn't a creature. (Each {W} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to white.)
Other creatures you control have vigilance.
