Whenever you cast a spell from exile and whenever a permanent you control enters from exile, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.

Windcrag Siege

As this enchantment enters, choose Mardu or Jeskai.
• Mardu — If a creature attacking causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time.
