It is heavily inspired by the \"Cat Attack\" starter deck on Arena, but it focuses more on the kitties! I originally wanted to build the decks strictly out of my bulk, but a figured a few, consistent rares would help spice things up for newer players and veterans alike and keep the games exciting!
