Here we have Mercury a deck that was build to have your creatures be dealt damage in order to benefit you! gain some extra life, make an army, burn your opponents, or get bigger badder monsters. Ideally You play Jared and get the monarch be as quickly as possible to make both Jared grow and put a swing target on yourself, next we play the game as normal drop some excellent creature blockers and hopefully draw some board burn. Pariah and Pariah Shield have great uses even when Jared isn't on the board now and even if we don't have monarch. indestructibility does NOT prevent damage so we can get even more use out of our burn buddies by keeping them alive rather than one time use. Not to mentions these are some cheap burning board wipes that wipe our your enemies leaving room for Jared or your other growing monsters to come through (or at least stall till your get a better board or hand). some of my favorite key pieces are guilty conscience and Grothama! guilty conscience on brash taunter or and other damage dealing creature when hit (provided they are indestructible) will kill every opponent the moment they are hit (stuffy doll can do this as well but only to one person, good in a pinch), Grothama is a lightning rod for your creatures to take 10 damage each and if you have enough damage out, draw some cards! (it is usually encouraged to kill Grothama as soon as you can before your opponents can so they don't receive his draw benefit, read Grothama)\n\nI thought this was pretty flavorful while also being functional, any planet taking the full brunt of the sun must be indestructible plus you actually want to get burnt now matter what you have out, the brighter the better.\n"}]}
