Now I know, Flubs is the new big thing in EDH, with people building and playing him left and right. From powerful \"storm\" piles to funny frog tribal, this commander has already cemented itself as a mainstay of the format and for good reason - it's versatile, fun, consistent, powerful, and best of all, his open-ended ability provides many ways to build him. Well, here's my contribution to this. I gave up on this deck because of the clunky and expensive payoffs, but perhaps more importantly, because of my inexperience. It was in reality, the first deck I ever tried to build from the ground up, and it shows. I've tweaked it over the course of some months sure, but the cards I was playing around from the start were not the right fit to begin with, but I couldn't let them go beacuse of sentimentality. Well, no more. With the combined efforts of Flubs baked in discard ability and extra lands and the new \"Collect evidence\" mechanic from MKM, I believe I can construct a new shell for the deck and leverage some of Flubs' power to make the deck play smoother. I've got no idea how the deck will play exactly and how much I'll lean into the Flubs' inherent shenannigans, but I do know that I'll have great fun trying to revitalize this mess of a deck. So, it's 19th of August 2024 and I've decided to give this deck one more chance at glory. Making this deck actually fun to play AND play against is a challenge beyond me. At it's best, it durdles and performs like a Muldrotha deck on a bad day. At it's worst..it doesn't work, at all. It was a fun challenge to build this deck but allas, it's time to put this project to rest and focus on my other decks. I've put in more hours than I'd care to admit, given the result is mediocre at best. I sincerely hope someone will read this and I'll one day see a powerful, fun version of this deck that I never thought could exist. I was handed a sort of booster pack with "},{"attributes":{"bold":true},"insert":"Intet, the Dreamer"},{"insert":" as his commander of choice, along with certain support cards like "},{"attributes":{"bold":true},"insert":"Feldon of the Third Path, Hour of Eternity, Champion of Wits, Splinterfright..."},{"insert":"\n\nThis deck proves that, while not nearly as powerful or efficient, it is possible to make a graveyard based deck without having access to white or black mana. Granted, this means that we have to use way more resources to mimic a fraction of what black can do for 2 mana and a single card. This deck mostly exists because a friend dared me to make it and I've been trying to make it as effective as possible ever since. The reason is that those types of cards are so powerful by themselves, how can I know the deck is good on it's own if it has staple cards doing the heavy lifting? Anyways, I'm proud to say that this is the most unique deck I own and in my research I've found there's really not another one like it. And that is more than enough for me.\n"}]}
