Red-Eye — Whenever chaos ensues, for each opponent, goad up to one target creature that opponent controls. Until your next turn, those creatures can't become tapped unless they're being declared as attackers.

Talon Gates

Any time you could cast a sorcery, you may exile a nonland card from your hand with X time counters on it, where X is its mana value. If the exiled card doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. (At the beginning of its owner's upkeep, they remove a time counter. When the last is removed, the player may cast it without paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)

Each creature gets +1/+1 for each other creature on the battlefield that shares at least one creature type with it. (For example, if two Elemental Shamans and an Elemental Spirit are on the battlefield, each gets +2/+2.)

Whenever a player draws their second card each turn, any of their opponents may say "DRAW!". The first opponent to do so clashes with that player. The player that wins the clash creates two 1/1 black Assassin creature tokens. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of their library, then puts that card on the top or bottom. A player wins if their card had a higher mana value.)

Whenever chaos ensues, Lake Silencio deals 6 damage to target creature an opponent controls. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead.

Whenever a player casts a spell, that player flips a coin. If the player loses the flip, counter that spell.

Mad Labs

When you encounter this phenomenon, starting with the next player in turn order, that player chooses a permanent type. The next player chooses a number between 1 and 10. The next player chooses a keyword counter. Then reveal and resolve the following ability with those words. (don't reveal the second ability before the words have been chosen!)
Each player creates a token that's a copy of a [permanent] and puts [number] +1/+1 counters on it. If it's not a creature, it becomes a 0/0 creature in addition to its other types. It enters with [keyword] counter.

The Pit

When you planeswalk to The Pit, each player creates their choice of a 3/3 white Angel creature token with flying or a 6/6 black Demon creature token with flying, trample, and "At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice another creature. If you can't, this token deals 6 damage to you."
Whenever chaos ensues, each player sacrifices a nonartifact creature of their choice.

Clamilton Estate

If a wordy permanent entering the battlefield would cause an ability of that permanent or another wordy permanent to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time. (A permanent is wordy if it has four or more lines of rules text.)
Whenever Chaos ensues, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a wordy nonland card, Put that card into your hand. Put each card not cast this way on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Human-Time Lord Meta-Crisis

When you encounter Human—Time Lord Meta-Crisis, each player chooses one or two creatures they control. Each player creates a token that's a copy of the first creature they chose, except it isn't legendary. Then each player who chose a second creature puts a number of +1/+1 counters on the token they created equal to the power of the second creature they chose. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon.)

Goat

Chaotic Aether

When you encounter Chaotic Aether, each blank roll of the planar die is a {CHAOS} roll until a player planeswalks away from a plane. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon.)

The Drum, Mining Facility

Whenever you roll the planar die, creatures you control get +1/+1 and gain haste until end of turn.
Whenever chaos ensues, end the turn. (Exile all spells and abilities from the stack. The player whose turn it is discards down to their maximum hand size. Damage wears off, and "this turn" and "until end of turn" effects end.)

Grixis

Blue, black, and/or red creature cards in your graveyard have unearth. The unearth cost is equal to the card's mana cost. (Pay the card's mana cost: Return it to the battlefield. The creature gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)
Whenever chaos ensues, put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.

Riptide Island
