When Spellstutter Sprite enters, counter target spell with mana value X or less, where X is the number of Faeries you control.

Ego Drain

Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a nonland card from it. That player discards that card. If you don't control a Faerie, exile a card from your hand.

Halo Forager

When Halo Forager enters, you may pay {X}. When you do, you may cast target instant or sorcery card with mana value X from a graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.
