With all the discarding we have to have some payoffs in here. Since our opponents graveyards are gonna be quite full we should take advantage of that by using cards like "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Beacon of Unrest"}},{"insert":", "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Ashen Powder"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Extract from Darkness"}},{"insert":" to steal creatures from their yards or we can use "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Memory Plunder"}},{"insert":" to steal instants and sorceries from our opponents while "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Misfortune Teller"}},{"insert":" can provide graveyard hate while giving us lots of upside. Now a specter tribal deck wouldn't be complere without you guessed it.... THE SPECTERS! I wanted to highlight a few of our more important specters in the deck: "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Shimian Specter"}},{"insert":" might not seem as good in commander since it wants to find copies of cards and this is a singleton format but, it does exile the card and forces your opponents to shuffle as well potentially ruing any plans they had. "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Thief of Sanity"}},{"insert":" lets us exile a card from the top of our opponents deck to play later if we want or it just gets rid of a vital piece of their strategy. "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Tainted Specter"}},{"insert":" doesn't let us choose the card in our opponents had but it does force them to either discard it or put it on top of their deck and draw it again which can slow down their game(or we can try to steal it off the top of their deck with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Thief of Sanity"}},{"insert":") and then it pings all players and all creatures on board. Lastly "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Blizzard Specter"}},{"insert":" gives us a choice for when it connects, letting us either force that player to discard a card or bounce one of their permanants to their hand so that we can make them discard it later.
