Commander
Whenever a player draws their second card each turn, that player exiles the top card of their library. During each player's turn, that player may cast a spell from among the cards they don't own exiled with Ian Malcolm, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.

Artifact
Creature
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand, you may cast up to one target card of the other type from your graveyard. If a spell cast from your graveyard this way would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Noncreature spells you cast from exile have convoke. (Each creature you tap while casting a noncreature spell from exile pays for {1} or one mana of that creature's color.) At the beginning of your first main phase, you may discard a card. If you do, exile the top two cards of your library, then choose one of them. You may play that card this turn.

Creature
Enchantment
(Gain the next level as a sorcery to add its ability.) Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may discard a card. If you do, draw a card. {2}{R}: Level 2 Noncreature spells you cast cost {1} less to cast. {2}{R}: Level 3 If a source you control would deal noncombat damage to an opponent or a permanent an opponent controls, it deals that much damage plus 2 instead.

When this enchantment enters, exile up to X target creatures. For each of those cards, its owner may play it for as long as it remains exiled. Whenever one or more nontoken creatures enter, if one or more of them entered from exile or was cast from exile, you draw a card. This ability triggers only once each turn.

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles it, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a card that shares a card type with it. That player may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put all cards exiled with this enchantment on the bottom of their library in a random order.

When this enchantment enters and whenever an opponent loses the game, exile the top card of each player's library. During each player's turn, that player may play a land or cast a spell from among cards exiled with this enchantment, and they may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell. When they do, exile the top card of their library.

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I, II — Choose target nontoken creature you control that doesn't have the same name as a token you control. Create a token that's a copy of it, except it isn't legendary, is a Reflection in addition to its other types, and has haste. III — Sacrifice all Reflections you control.

Enchantment
Instant
Exile any number of target creatures controlled by different players. For each creature exiled this way, its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card, puts that card onto the battlefield, then puts the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order.

This spell can't be copied. Choose one. If an opponent has eight or more cards in their graveyard, you may choose both instead. • Copy target spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. (A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.) • Create a token that's a copy of target creature.

Instant
Land
If you control two or more other lands, this land enters tapped. {T}: Add {U}. {5}{U}: Until end of turn, this land becomes a 7/7 blue Giant creature with ward {3}. It's still a land. (Whenever it becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter it unless that player pays {3}.)

Land
Maybe Pull
Whenever you cast a spell, you may put it on the bottom of its owner's library. If you do, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then put all revealed cards not cast this way on the bottom of your library in a random order. This ability triggers only once each turn.

Maybe Pull
Sorcery
Each player shuffles all creatures they own into their library. Each player who shuffled a nontoken creature into their library this way reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card, then puts that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Discover 10. If the discovered card's mana value is less than 10, create a number of tapped Treasure tokens equal to the difference. (To discover 10, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with mana value 10 or less. Cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom in a random order.)

Delve (Each card you exile from your graveyard while casting this spell pays for {1}.) Target opponent mills nine cards, then you may cast an instant or sorcery spell from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.

Sorcery
Maybeboard
Cleave {4}{U}{U}{R} (You may cast this spell for its cleave cost. If you do, remove the words in square brackets.) Take an extra turn after this one. During that turn, damage can't be prevented. [At the beginning of that turn's end step, you lose the game.] Exile Alchemist's Gambit.

Flying When this creature enters, investigate X times, where X is the number of opponents you have. (To investigate, create a Clue token. It's an artifact with "{2}, Sacrifice this token: Draw a card.") Whenever you draw your second card each turn, create a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying.

Enthralling Performance — When this creature enters, gain control of target creature you don't control until end of turn. Untap it. It gains haste and myriad until end of turn. (Whenever it attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may create a token copy that's tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.)

Exile target spell, then roll a d20 and add that spell's mana value. 1—14 | You may cast the exiled card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell. 15+ | You may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost for as long as it remains exiled.

Flying, ward {1} When this creature enters, for each player, choose up to one other target artifact or creature that player controls. For as long as this creature remains on the battlefield, the chosen permanents become Treasure artifacts with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color" and lose all other abilities.

Look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast this spell. Put two of them into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. Flashback {5}{U}{U} (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Whenever this creature attacks, exile the top card of each player's library. You may play those cards this turn, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells. Blitz {2}{R} (If you cast this spell for its blitz cost, it gains haste and "When this creature dies, draw a card." Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.)

Coruscating Flames — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, this creature deals 2 damage to any target. Split — When this creature dies, create two 2/2 blue and red Demon Horror creature tokens named Blue Horror with "Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, this token deals 1 damage to any target."

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card. An opponent chooses a nonland card exiled this way. You may cast up to two spells from among the other cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.

Flying Escape—{3}{U}, Exile five other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its escape cost.) This creature escapes with "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, you may cast an artifact, instant, or sorcery spell from among cards exiled with this creature without paying its mana cost."

Flying Parley — Whenever this creature attacks, each player reveals the top card of their library. For each nonland card revealed this way, you create a Map token. Then each player draws a card. (A Map token is an artifact with "{1}, {T}, Sacrifice this token: Target creature you control explores. Activate only as a sorcery.")

+1: Look at the top two cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the other on the bottom of your library. −1: Untap up to four target permanents. −10: You get an emblem with "You may activate loyalty abilities of planeswalkers you control on any player's turn any time you could cast an instant." Teferi, Temporal Archmage can be your commander.

You may look at the top card of your library any time. As long as The Reality Chip is attached to a creature, you may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library. Reconfigure {2}{U} ({2}{U}: Attach to target creature you control; or unattach from a creature. Reconfigure only as a sorcery. While attached, this isn't a creature.)

Flash When this creature enters, counter up to one target activated or triggered ability. If an ability of an artifact, creature, or planeswalker is countered this way, that permanent loses all abilities for as long as this creature remains on the battlefield. (Mana abilities can't be targeted.)

When this creature enters, you take the initiative. Whenever you cast your second spell each turn, copy it. If you've completed a dungeon, copy that spell twice instead. You may choose new targets for the copies. (A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)

{4}, {T}: Roll a d20. Each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card, then shuffles the rest into their library. You may cast up to X instant and/or sorcery spells from among cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs. 1—9 | X is one. 10—19 | X is two. 20 | X is three.

Each player secretly chooses a number 0 or greater, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously and determine the highest and lowest numbers revealed this way. Wheel of Misfortune deals damage equal to the highest number to each player who chose that number. Each player who didn't choose the lowest number discards their hand, then draws seven cards.

The first spell you cast from exile each turn has cascade. (When you cast your first spell from exile, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order.)
