He's a unique commander who allows us to pull off some very one-sided plays. He's cheap at only R, and basically unremovable. The biggest weakness of good ole Norin is that he can be disrupted by our oppponents. If an opponent plays a spell, he immediately dips. But, this can also be a great strength if built around correctly. Tome of Legends is a perfect card to pair with Norin, and Rath is a good damage booster for us. Breach is a filler card that can be pretty useful even outside of its combo because of how often we put things in our graveyard, both intentionally and through With less land destruction that hurts us Crucible is also less impactful in comparison to Purphoros, who can really rack up damage. Scoundrel is a cheaper, more efficient and effective card in our deck, as it produces coinflips, artifacts, and mana, and Heretic doesn't really do much that we don't do already with our alternative artifact hate in the deck. With that reworking I also removed Gauntlet of Might since it's a relatively expensive artifact that has anti-synergy with Skullclamp and doesn't work towards our strengths as much as it needs to. The final swaps in this big update are all about keeping to the plan.
