Hunters for Hire — Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, put a quest counter on it. {1}, Remove a quest counter from a permanent you control: Create a Junk token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this token: Exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. Activate only as a sorcery.")

When this creature enters, put a +1/+1 counter on each of any number of target creatures and a charge counter on each of any number of target artifacts. {1}, {T}, Sacrifice another artifact: Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

Whenever you attack, if it's the first combat phase of the turn, untap all attacking creatures. They gain first strike until end of turn. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

When Moira Brown enters, create a colorless Equipment artifact token named Wasteland Survival Guide with "Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each quest counter among permanents you control" and equip {1}. Whenever you attack, put a quest counter on target nonland permanent you control.

If one or more tokens would be created under your control, twice that many of those tokens are created instead. {1}{W/P}{W/P}, Sacrifice two other artifacts and/or creatures: Put an indestructible counter on Mondrak. ({W/P} can be paid with either {W} or 2 life.)

First Contact — Whenever Overseer of Vault 76 or another creature you control with power 3 or less enters, put a quest counter on Overseer of Vault 76. At the beginning of combat on your turn, you may remove three quest counters from among permanents you control. When you do, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and they gain vigilance until end of turn.

Toxic 1 (Players dealt combat damage by this creature also get a poison counter.) Skrelv can't block. {W/P}, {T}: Choose a color. Another target creature you control gains toxic 1 and hexproof from that color until end of turn. It can't be blocked by creatures of that color this turn. ({W/P} can be paid with either {W} or 2 life.)
