If you find yourself with City on Fire in your hand, and you're able to convoke-cast it with 11 permanents on table, it becomes the 12th, Uprising makes the 13th on your end step, sac trigger and deal 3x7 damage to any target. This ending also works without City on Fire if say you have your opponent on or below 14 life and have two copies of Uprising out. If you're at 12 permanents at end step, two Uprising creature triggers go on the stack but after only the first one resolves you get the 13 permanent sac trigger to deal 7 damage. Then, importantly, because you sac'd one copy of Uprising you're back down to 12 permanents for the other trigger that's still on the stack! So then back up to 13 and sac for another 7 damage. Theoretically you could chain all four copies together in this way, but I've only ever pulled off doing three!\n"}]}
