When Flitting Guerrilla dies, each player mills two cards. Then you may exile Flitting Guerrilla. When you do, put target creature or battle card from your graveyard on top of your library. (To mill two cards, a player puts the top two cards of their library into their graveyard.)

Imp's Mischief

Change the target of target spell with a single target. You lose life equal to that spell's mana value.

Breach the Multiverse

Each player mills ten cards. For each player, choose a creature or planeswalker card in that player's graveyard. Put those cards onto the battlefield under your control. Then each creature you control becomes a Phyrexian in addition to its other types.

Thieves' Guild Enforcer

Whenever Thieves' Guild Enforcer or another Rogue you control enters, each opponent mills two cards.
As long as an opponent has eight or more cards in their graveyard, Thieves' Guild Enforcer gets +2/+1 and has deathtouch.

Defile

Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn for each Swamp you control.

Dreadhound

When Dreadhound enters, mill three cards. (Put the top three cards of your library into your graveyard.)
Whenever a creature dies or a creature card is put into a graveyard from a library, each opponent loses 1 life.

Syr Konrad, the Grim

Whenever another creature dies, or a creature card is put into a graveyard from anywhere other than the battlefield, or a creature card leaves your graveyard, Syr Konrad, the Grim deals 1 damage to each opponent.

Destroy target nonartifact creature. Its controller mills cards equal to that creature's power.

Mesmeric Orb

Whenever a permanent becomes untapped, that permanent's controller mills a card.

The True Scriptures

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter.)
I — For each opponent, destroy up to one target creature or planeswalker that player controls.
II — Each opponent discards three cards, then mills three cards.
III — Put all creature cards from all graveyards onto the battlefield under your control. Exile The True Scriptures, then return it to the battlefield (front face up).

When Animate Dead enters, if it's on the battlefield, it loses "enchant creature card in a graveyard" and gains "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Animate Dead." Return enchanted creature card to the battlefield under your control and attach Animate Dead to it. When Animate Dead leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.
Enchanted creature gets -1/-0.

If that player doesn't, you mill X cards, where X is the number of influence counters on Palantír of Orthanc, and that player loses life equal to the total mana value of those cards.
