Ricochet

Whenever a player casts a spell that targets a single player, each player rolls a six-sided die. Change the target of that spell to the player with the lowest result. Reroll to break ties, if necessary.

Deafening Silence

Each player can't cast more than one noncreature spell each turn.

Banish into Fable

When you cast this spell from your hand, copy it if you control an artifact, then copy it if you control an enchantment. You may choose new targets for the copies.
Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. You create a 2/2 white Knight creature token with vigilance.

Veteran Explorer

When Veteran Explorer dies, each player may search their library for up to two basic land cards, put them onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Wild Evocation

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player reveals a card at random from their hand. If it's a land card, the player puts it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, the player casts it without paying its mana cost if able.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices an artifact, creature, or land.

Suppression Field

Activated abilities cost {2} more to activate unless they're mana abilities.

Living Lands

All Forests are 1/1 creatures that are still lands.

Damping Matrix

Activated abilities of artifacts and creatures can't be activated unless they're mana abilities.

Angel's Trumpet

All creatures have vigilance.
At the beginning of each player's end step, tap all untapped creatures that player controls that didn't attack this turn. Angel's Trumpet deals damage to the player equal to the number of creatures tapped this way.

Shared Fate

If a player would draw a card, that player exiles the top card of one of their opponents' libraries face down instead.
Each player may look at cards they exiled with Shared Fate, and they may play lands and cast spells from among those cards.

Titania's Song

Each noncreature artifact loses all abilities and becomes an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its mana value. If Titania's Song leaves the battlefield, this effect continues until end of turn.

Invoke the Divine

Destroy target artifact or enchantment. You gain 4 life.

Ice Cave

Whenever a player casts a spell, any other player may pay that spell's mana cost. If a player does, counter the spell. (Mana cost includes color.)

Overabundance

Whenever a player taps a land for mana, that player adds one mana of any type that land produced, and Overabundance deals 1 damage to the player.

Chaos Moon

At the beginning of each upkeep, count the number of permanents. If the number is odd, until end of turn, red creatures get +1/+1 and whenever a player taps a Mountain for mana, that player adds an additional {R}. If the number is even, until end of turn, red creatures get -1/-1 and if a player taps a Mountain for mana, that Mountain produces colorless mana instead of any other type.

Cataclysmic Gearhulk

Vigilance
When Cataclysmic Gearhulk enters, each player chooses an artifact, a creature, an enchantment, and a planeswalker from among the nonland permanents they control, then sacrifices the rest.

Crumbling Sanctuary

If damage would be dealt to a player, that player exiles that many cards from the top of their library instead.

Dance of the Manse

Return up to X target artifact and/or non-Aura enchantment cards each with mana value X or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 6 or more, those permanents are 4/4 creatures in addition to their other types.

Water Gun Balloon Game

As Water Gun Balloon Game enters, each player puts a pop! counter on "0."
Whenever a player casts a spell, move that player's pop! counter up one.
Whenever a player's pop! counter hits "5," that player creates a 5/5 pink Giant Teddy Bear creature token and resets all pop! counters to "0."

Thought Prison

Imprint — When Thought Prison enters, you may have target player reveal their hand. If you do, choose a nonland card from it and exile that card.
Whenever a player casts a spell that shares a color or mana value with the exiled card, Thought Prison deals 2 damage to that player.

Whenever a player casts a creature spell, that player adds {G}.

Karma

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, Karma deals damage to that player equal to the number of Swamps they control.

Knowledge Pool

Imprint — When Knowledge Pool enters, each player exiles the top three cards of their library.
Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles it. If the player does, they may cast a spell from among other cards exiled with Knowledge Pool without paying its mana cost.

Ghirapur Orrery

Each player may play an additional land on each of their turns.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if that player has no cards in hand, that player draws three cards.

Curse of Wizardry

As Curse of Wizardry enters, choose a color.
Whenever a player casts a spell of the chosen color, that player loses 1 life.

Malignant Growth

Cumulative upkeep {1} (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a growth counter on Malignant Growth.
At the beginning of each opponent's draw step, that player draws an additional card for each growth counter on Malignant Growth, then Malignant Growth deals damage to the player equal to the number of cards they drew this way.

Enigmatic Incarnation

At the beginning of your end step, you may sacrifice another enchantment. If you do, search your library for a creature card with mana value equal to 1 plus the sacrificed enchantment's mana value, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Havoc Festival

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player loses half their life, rounded up.

Burning Earth

Festering Evil

At the beginning of your upkeep, Festering Evil deals 1 damage to each creature and each player.
{B}{B}, Sacrifice Festering Evil: It deals 3 damage to each creature and each player.

Doom Foretold

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices a nonland, nontoken permanent. If that player can't, they discard a card, they lose 2 life, you draw a card, you gain 2 life, you create a 2/2 white Knight creature token with vigilance, then you sacrifice Doom Foretold.

Putrefaction

Whenever a player casts a green or white spell, that player discards a card.

Rule of Law

Each player can't cast more than one spell each turn.

Caltrops

Whenever a creature attacks, Caltrops deals 1 damage to it.

Genesis Chamber

Whenever a nontoken creature enters, if Genesis Chamber is untapped, that creature's controller creates a 1/1 colorless Myr artifact creature token.

Omen Machine

Players can't draw cards.
At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player exiles the top card of their library. If it's a land card, the player puts it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, the player casts it without paying its mana cost if able.

Powerstone Minefield

Whenever a creature attacks or blocks, Powerstone Minefield deals 2 damage to it.

Monsoon

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a despair counter on Descent into Madness, then each player exiles X permanents they control and/or cards from their hand, where X is the number of despair counters on Descent into Madness.

Staying Power

"Until end of turn" and "this turn" effects don't end.

Pure Reflection

Whenever a player casts a creature spell, destroy all Reflections. Then that player creates an X/X white Reflection creature token, where X is the mana value of that spell.

Final Payment

As an additional cost to cast this spell, pay 5 life or sacrifice a creature or enchantment.
Destroy target creature.

Whenever a nontoken creature leaves the battlefield, exile all tokens with the same name as that creature.
When Dual Nature leaves the battlefield, exile all tokens created with Dual Nature.

When Arbiter of Knollridge enters, each player's life total becomes the highest life total among all players.

Scald

Whenever a player taps an Island for mana, Scald deals 1 damage to that player.

Zur's Weirding

Players play with their hands revealed.
If a player would draw a card, they reveal it instead. Then any other player may pay 2 life. If a player does, put that card into its owner's graveyard. Otherwise, that player draws a card.

Deglamer

Choose target artifact or enchantment. Its owner shuffles it into their library.

Hidden Predators

When an opponent controls a creature with power 4 or greater, if Hidden Predators is an enchantment, Hidden Predators becomes a 4/4 Beast creature.

Manabarbs

Whenever a player taps a land for mana, Manabarbs deals 1 damage to that player.

Tourach's Chant

At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Tourach's Chant unless you pay {B}.
Whenever a player puts a Forest onto the battlefield, Tourach's Chant deals 3 damage to that player unless they put a -1/-1 counter on a creature they control.

Horn of Plenty

Whenever a player casts a spell, they may pay {1}. If the player does, they draw a card at the beginning of the next end step.

Censorship

As Censorship enters, choose a word.
Whenever a player says the chosen word, Censorship deals 2 damage to that player.

Burning-Tree Shaman

Whenever a player activates an ability that isn't a mana ability, Burning-Tree Shaman deals 1 damage to that player.

Ajani's Chosen

Whenever an enchantment you control enters, create a 2/2 white Cat creature token. If that enchantment is an Aura, you may attach it to the token.

Eutropia the Twice-Favored

Constellation — Whenever an enchantment you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature. That creature gains flying until end of turn.

Limited Resources

When Limited Resources enters, each player chooses five lands they control and sacrifices the rest.
Players can't play lands as long as ten or more lands are on the battlefield.

Reclamation

Black creatures can't attack unless their controller sacrifices a land for each black creature they control that's attacking. (This cost is paid as attackers are declared.)

The Grand Calcutron

The Grand Calcutron can be your commander.
When The Grand Calcutron enters, each player's hand becomes a program (an ordered row of revealed cards).
Players can only play the first card of their program.
If a card would be put into a player's hand from anywhere, that player reveals it and places it anywhere within their program instead.
At the beginning of each player's end step, if that player's program has fewer than five cards, they draw cards equal to the difference.

Psychic Battle

Whenever a player chooses one or more targets, each player reveals the top card of their library. The player who reveals the card with the highest mana value may change the target or targets. If two or more cards are tied for highest, the target or targets remain unchanged. Changing targets this way doesn't trigger abilities of permanents named Psychic Battle.

Impatience

At the beginning of each player's end step, if that player didn't cast a spell this turn, Impatience deals 2 damage to that player.

Ruric Thar, the Unbowed

Ruric Thar, the Unbowed attacks each combat if able.
Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell, Ruric Thar deals 6 damage to that player.

Zhur-Taa Ancient

Whenever a player taps a land for mana, that player adds one mana of any type that land produced.

Whenever a creature or land becomes tapped, put an hourglass counter on it.
Each permanent with an hourglass counter on it doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, remove all hourglass counters from permanents that player controls.

Whenever a player puts a Swamp onto the battlefield, Thelon's Chant deals 3 damage to that player unless the player puts a -1/-1 counter on a creature they control.

Untap all creatures and lands you control during each other player's untap step.
