It's a bit of a flavor failure but this card packs heat. When you've got +1/+1 counters being put on all your Nazgul, your "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Palantír of Orthanc"}},{"insert":", not to mention your Orc Army. Basically every time an opponent casts a spell you can ping 1 damage somewhere. There's a bit of a secret combo with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Rise of the Dark Realms"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"All Will Be One"}},{"insert":" since you're likely going to be returning lots of Nazgul and other wraiths and putting a ton of +1/+1 counters on everything. \n\n"},{"insert":{"card-link":"As Foretold"}},{"insert":" - This one's a bit of a pet card for me, but it works so well with how Sauron keeps your hand full. If you have a lot of mana but your hand isn't good, just use As Foretold to cast something that makes the ring temp you and basically get a free 4 card mulligan. Don't forget to get political.
