Each player shuffles their hand and graveyard into their library, then draws seven cards. If it's your turn, end the turn. (Exile all spells and abilities from the stack, including this card. Discard down to your maximum hand size. Damage wears off, and "this turn" and "until end of turn" effects end.)
Each player secretly chooses a number 0 or greater, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously and determine the highest and lowest numbers revealed this way. Wheel of Misfortune deals damage equal to the highest number to each player who chose that number. Each player who didn't choose the lowest number discards their hand, then draws seven cards.
Each player discards their hand, then draws cards equal to the greatest number of cards a player discarded this way. Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)

Activate only as a sorcery. Tap an untapped Gate you control: Untap Sage of the Maze.
When Uro enters, sacrifice it unless it escaped. Whenever Uro enters or attacks, you gain 3 life and draw a card, then you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield. Escape—{G}{G}{U}{U}, Exile five other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its escape cost.)
+1: Reveal the top four cards of your library. Put all land cards revealed this way into your hand and the rest into your graveyard. 0: Put any number of land cards from your hand onto the battlefield tapped. −3: Create a green Treefolk creature token with reach and "This creature's power and toughness are each equal to the number of lands you control." −8: Return all permanent cards from your graveyard to your hand. You get an emblem with "You have no maximum hand size."
