When Primal Prayers enters, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters).
You may cast creature spells with mana value 3 or less by paying {E} rather than paying their mana costs. If you cast a spell this way, you may cast it as though it had flash.

Unstable Amulet

When Unstable Amulet enters, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters).
Whenever you cast a spell from anywhere other than your hand, Unstable Amulet deals 1 damage to each opponent.
{T}, Pay {E}{E}: Exile the top card of your library. You may play it until you exile another card with Unstable Amulet.

Voltaic Brawler

When Voltaic Brawler enters, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters).
Whenever Voltaic Brawler attacks, you may pay {E}. If you do, it gets +1/+1 and gains trample until end of turn.

Plasma Caster

Equipped creature gets +1/+1.
Whenever equipped creature attacks, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters).
Pay {E}{E}: Choose target creature that's blocking equipped creature. Flip a coin. If you win the flip, exile the chosen creature. Otherwise, Plasma Caster deals 1 damage to it.

Galvanic Discharge

Choose target creature or planeswalker. You get {E}{E}{E} (three energy counters), then you may pay any amount of {E}. Galvanic Discharge deals that much damage to that permanent.

Walking Ballista

Walking Ballista enters with X +1/+1 counters on it.
{4}: Put a +1/+1 counter on Walking Ballista.
Remove a +1/+1 counter from Walking Ballista: It deals 1 damage to any target.

Mizzium Mortars

Mizzium Mortars deals 4 damage to target creature you don't control.
Overload {3}{R}{R}{R} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")

Hero's Downfall

Primal Command

Choose two —
• Target player gains 7 life.
• Put target noncreature permanent on top of its owner's library.
• Target player shuffles their graveyard into their library.
• Search your library for a creature card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Aether Refinery

If you would get one or more {E} (energy counters), you get twice that many {E} instead.
{T}: You get {E}, then you may pay one or more {E}. If you do, create an X/X black Aetherborn creature token, where X is the amount of {E} paid this way.

Longtusk Cub

Whenever Longtusk Cub deals combat damage to a player, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters).
Pay {E}{E}: Put a +1/+1 counter on Longtusk Cub.

Attune with Aether

Search your library for a basic land card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. You get {E}{E} (two energy counters).

Sylvan Caryatid

Defender, hexproof
{T}: Add one mana of any color.

Winding Constrictor

If one or more counters would be put on an artifact or creature you control, that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters are put on that permanent instead.
If you would get one or more counters, you get that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters instead.

Fires of Yavimaya

Creatures you control have haste.
Sacrifice Fires of Yavimaya: Target creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn.

Conversion Apparatus

{T}: Add {C}.
{3}, {T}: You get {E}{E}{E} (three energy counters).
{T}, Pay {E}{E}{E}: Add three mana in any combination of colors.

Multiform Wonder

When Multiform Wonder enters, you get {E}{E}{E} (three energy counters).
Pay {E}: Multiform Wonder gains your choice of flying, vigilance, or lifelink until end of turn.
Pay {E}: Multiform Wonder gets +2/-2 or -2/+2 until end of turn.

Glint-Sleeve Siphoner

Whenever Glint-Sleeve Siphoner enters or attacks, you get {E} (an energy counter).
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay {E}{E}. If you do, you draw a card and you lose 1 life.
