He costs more, has a slightly harder trigger, gets only one trigger per combat and does not keep the creatures he cheats on the battlefield. At first, I tried to mimic Winota lists with more stax and burn, but as I play more I realize that ends with the deck feeling like bad Winota. As a result, I'm shifting to capitalize on the addition of blue with a more mid-range plan that benefits from evasive attacking. What Arthur brings over Winota include the best draw engines, the best interaction in the game and a much lower creature requirement (Arthur does just fine on around 30, whereas Winota lists usually go over 50).
