Commander
Eluge's power and toughness are each equal to the number of Islands you control. Whenever Eluge enters or attacks, put a flood counter on target land. It's an Island in addition to its other types for as long as it has a flood counter on it. The first instant or sorcery spell you cast each turn costs {U} (or {1}) less to cast for each land you control with a flood counter on it.

Evasion
This creature can't be blocked. Suspend 9—{2}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{U} and exile it with nine time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. It has haste.) Whenever an opponent casts a spell, if this card is suspended, remove a time counter from it.

Evasion
Recursion
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Return target instant card from your graveyard to your hand. II — Return target sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand. III — Until end of turn, whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Devoid (This card has no color.) When you cast this spell, for each opponent, choose a creature that player controls. Create a token that's a copy of one of those creatures, except its power is equal to the total power of those creatures, its toughness is equal to the total toughness of those creatures, and it's a colorless Eldrazi creature.

Finisher
Whenever you untap one or more permanents during your untap step, put that many time counters on The Millennium Calendar. {2}, {T}: Double the number of time counters on The Millennium Calendar. When there are 1,000 or more time counters on The Millennium Calendar, sacrifice it and each opponent loses 1,000 life.

Mutate {5}{U} (If you cast this spell for its mutate cost, put it over or under target non-Human creature you own. They mutate into the creature on top plus all abilities from under it.) Whenever this creature mutates, tap up to X target creatures, where X is the number of times this creature has mutated. Those creatures don't untap during their controller's next untap step.

Islandwalk (This creature can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.) Whenever this creature attacks, you may exile target creature defending player controls until this creature leaves the battlefield. (That creature returns under its owner's control.)

Affinity for snow lands (This spell costs {1} less to cast for each snow land you control.) When this creature enters, artifacts and creatures target opponent controls don't untap during that player's next untap step. Return three snow lands you control to their owner's hand: Return this creature to its owner's hand.

{6}{U}{U}: Monstrosity 4. (If this creature isn't monstrous, put four +1/+1 counters on it and it becomes monstrous.) When this creature becomes monstrous, tap up to four target creatures. Those creatures don't untap during their controllers' untap steps for as long as you control this creature.

Read ahead (Choose a chapter and start with that many lore counters. Add one after your draw step. Skipped chapters don't trigger. Sacrifice after III.) I, II — Another target nonland permanent phases out. It can't phase in for as long as you control this Saga. III — Destroy all creatures. For each creature destroyed this way, its controller creates a 2/2 black Phyrexian creature token.

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I, II — Tap target creature an opponent controls. It doesn't untap during its controller's untap step for as long as you control this Saga. III — Return all tapped creatures to their owners' hands.

Land
If you control two or more other lands, this land enters tapped. {T}: Add {U}. {5}{U}: Until end of turn, this land becomes a 7/7 blue Giant creature with ward {3}. It's still a land. (Whenever it becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter it unless that player pays {3}.)

Tokens
Whenever you draw a card, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature. When this creature dies, create X 1/1 blue Squid creature tokens with islandwalk, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on this creature. (They can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.)

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Create an 8/8 blue Kraken creature token with hexproof. II — Tap all nonland permanents target opponent controls. They don't untap during their controller's next untap step. III — Gain control of target permanent an opponent controls. Untap it.

The Watcher in the Water enters tapped with nine stun counters on it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.) Whenever you draw a card during an opponent's turn, create a 1/1 blue Tentacle creature token. Whenever a Tentacle you control dies, untap up to one target Kraken and put a stun counter on up to one target nonland permanent.

Protection
Flying When this creature enters, if you cast it, target opponent takes an extra turn after this one. Until your next turn, you and planeswalkers you control gain protection from that player. (You and planeswalkers you control can't be targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by anything controlled by that player.)

Draw
Spells you control can't be countered. At the beginning of your end step, discover 5. (Exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with mana value 5 or less. Cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom in a random order.)

Each player shuffles their hand and graveyard into their library, then draws seven cards. If it's your turn, end the turn. (Exile all spells and abilities from the stack, including this card. Discard down to your maximum hand size. Damage wears off, and "this turn" and "until end of turn" effects end.)

This spell can't be countered. You have no maximum hand size. Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, draw a card. Discard three cards: Exile Nezahal. Return it to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Gain control of up to one target artifact for as long as you control this Saga. The Ring tempts you. II — Tap up to two target creatures. Put a stun counter on each of them. III — Draw a card for each tapped creature target opponent controls.

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Until your next turn, whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, it gets -2/-0 until end of turn. II — Discard any number of cards, then investigate twice for each card discarded this way. III — Shuffle up to three target cards from your graveyard into your library.

When this creature enters, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is your devotion to blue. Put up to one of them on top of your library and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. If X is greater than or equal to the number of cards in your library, you win the game. (Each {U} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to blue.)
