Tinybones, the Pickpocket

Whenever Tinybones, the Pickpocket deals combat damage to a player, you may cast target nonland permanent card from that player's graveyard, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.

Counterbore

Counter target spell. Search its controller's graveyard, hand, and library for all cards with the same name as that spell and exile them. Then that player shuffles.

Surgical Extraction

({B/P} can be paid with either {B} or 2 life.)

Soured Springs

When Soured Springs enters, it deals 1 damage to target opponent.

Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose up to X nonland cards from it and exile them. For each card exiled this way, search that player's graveyard, hand, and library for any number of cards with the same name as that card and exile them. Then that player shuffles.

Throat Slitter

Ninjutsu {2}{B} ({2}{B}, Return an unblocked attacker you control to hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking.)
Whenever Throat Slitter deals combat damage to a player, destroy target nonblack creature that player controls.

Island

Kotose, the Silent Spider

When Kotose, the Silent Spider enters, exile target card other than a basic land card from an opponent's graveyard. Search that player's graveyard, hand, and library for any number of cards with the same name as that card and exile them. Then that player shuffles. For as long as you control Kotose, you may play one of the exiled cards, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.

Destroy target enchanted creature or enchantment creature.

Big Game Hunter

When Big Game Hunter enters, destroy target creature with power 4 or greater. It can't be regenerated.
Madness {B} (If you discard this card, discard it into exile. When you do, cast it for its madness cost or put it into your graveyard.)

Choked Estuary

As Choked Estuary enters, you may reveal an Island or Swamp card from your hand. If you don't, Choked Estuary enters tapped.

Etrata, the Silencer

Etrata, the Silencer can't be blocked.
Whenever Etrata deals combat damage to a player, exile target creature that player controls and put a hit counter on that card. That player loses the game if they own three or more exiled cards with hit counters on them. Etrata's owner shuffles Etrata into their library.

Equipped creature gets +1/+1 and has trample and lifelink.
{1}: Permanents your opponents control lose hexproof and indestructible until end of turn.

You may have Evil Twin enter as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it has "{U}{B}, {T}: Destroy target creature with the same name as this creature."
