{"ops":[{"insert":"Investigate - Improvise - Win.\n\nThe fifteenth Doctor's abilities are a bit odd, when he enters the battlefield, you mill 3 cards and return an artifact of mana value 2 or 3 to your hand, then, the first nonartifact spell you cast has improvise. The plan here is to use Sara Jane Smith to investigate/make clues whenever a historic spell (artifact, sagas, legendaries) is cast, then, use the fifteenth doctor to mill cards to retrieve even more artifacts to cast, making even more clues. \n\nThe deck has a number of ways to uses the clues and other artifacts to improvise either big splashy creatures with solid effects (Angel of the Ruins), X spells to kill (Fireball, Banefire, Forth Eorlingas!) or X spells to draw (Brain Geyser). The deck has plenty of interactions (counterspells, removal, board wipes) to ensure we remain safe throughout the game.\n\nWinning occurs in a few ways. First, overwhelming combat damage either when animating the clues and other noncreature artifacts via Rise and Shine/Tanglegrove Kelp or by uing improvise and our numerous clues to cast a very large Forth Eorlingas!. Second, assembling one of the combos present in the deck, for example Mechanized production + Officious Interrogation OR Goblin bombardment + Sevinne's reclamation + Dualcaster mage. It's also possible to straight up disintegrate a player and copy that via Dualcaster mage to disintegrate a second player at the same time. In order to protect our win cons or strenghten our position, we can use Time travel (time warp/Karn's Temporal Sundering) to stall for time.\n\nEven though it's not the strongest deck possible, it's a really fun deck to play. The Fifteenth Doctor's abilities may be convoluted, but it wouldn't be The Doctor without being a bit convoluted.\n\nI'm always welcome to feedback. The deck is assembled with what I have available, but I'm sure it could be improved or built with alternative cards. What should I change? What would you do different?
