Anyone have any hyper-situational boros instants?

The deck plays with a control playpattern, hoping to build value with draw and ramp, win the game with pingers and suppress opponents with removal and other effects. I also wanted to include some political cards, like for example I could buff the hell out of someones creature/board if they swing at someone else but I couldn't find any suitable cards that seemed worth a slot. \n\nIf you have a red or white instant that either suppresses opponents under specific circumstances or can be used to make political deals let me know!\n"}]}
