Popular Card or On Theme?

Not really depowering the deck, but working more on theme and flavor. I pulled the dino egg "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Doubling Season"}},{"insert":" a while back, and while it is a super powerful card, I am thinking about at least changing out the art for the Valor's Reach art version.\n\nIs the flavor version of "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Doubling Season"}},{"insert":" enough to avoid eye rolls you get when you just play generically cards in a certain strategy?\n"}]}

darkconfidnt 49 days{"ops":[{"insert":"Communication solves most concerns - I'd talk to your playgroup, or inform the other players as you sit down, that your deck generally does XYZ but that you do have a Doubling Season (and/or other cards that 'spike' the power/performance of the deck). \n\nI imagine most folks won't think, \"Oh look, the thematic art on this Doubling Season, no wonder it's in this deck\" but rather \"Uh oh, Doubling Season. Time to reevaluate the threat\"!\n"}]}
