Import .csv to a Deck

{"ops":[{"insert":"It is not currenlty possible for a deck. \n\nIt wouldn't be impossible to add, just complex UI wise (needing to allow users to define their columns, etc). I'll keep it in the back of my head for the next time I'm looking for a few hour thing to do or if I'm updating the card importer.\n"}]}
