{"ops":[{"insert":"Ever since I started uploading my collection to Archidekt a few weeks back, the experience has been incredibly inconsistent to the point where the platform feels nearly unusable.\n\nOut of the 17 decks I’ve uploaded, 15 initially registered as legal, complete decks. But when I come back later, whether I'm refreshing, saving to my collection, or just revisiting, random cards are either removed or added without explanation. None of these changes show up in the changelog, and it feels like the servers aren’t reliably processing requests, even though the front end claims everything saved correctly.\n\nOne deck randomly doubled all Swamps about an hour after I built it. Another had multiple lands mysteriously vanish. Most just randomly remove cards that were previously registered and added to my collection, even from the deck history, and now it's all a mess.\n\nHaving to manually recheck every single card in 80% of my uploaded decks is exhausting. I don’t even want to open decklists anymore because I know there’s a good chance something’s wrong - and I can’t face combing through my entire collection for the fourth or fifth time just to fix it.\n\nFor the record, I don’t have any internet issues. No other games, apps, or platforms have shown anywhere near this level of inconsistency.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues, what you’re describing sounds incredibly frustrating. Saving deck’s doesn’t reference or update your collection data in any way, so it’s pretty unlikely that any issues you’re experiencing are related to your collection data. We regularly push updates, so it’s possible that something is broken on our end, or something that your browser doesn’t like. It’s been a hot minute since someone has reported a save not sticking without prompting an error (usually if there’s ever any kind of saving issues on our end, we’re told about it pretty quickly since it’s a very frustrating experience as you know). Unfortunately pinning something like this down can be really difficult, so I’ll ask some questions and post some thoughts so that we may be able to get to the bottom of what’s going on here.\n\nSince you mentioned that the content isn’t hitting the deck history, that means that the change itself isn’t being saved at all. So you’re correct in your assumption that there’s some form of disconnect between the client and the server. Either your network requests are failing for whatever reason (at which point, the client should be prompting you that the network requests has failed via a toast), or the network requests isn’t being sent in the first place. Depending on which of these is the culprit will help us figure out what the root cause of this is.\n\nI assume you’re not seeing any errors happening while saving? Nothing popping up in the lower right corner of the deck page? What kind of browser are you using? What kind of device (phone, computer, etc)? Do you have any extensions installed in your browser? If you create a new deck, paste in a decklist, then refresh the page, what happens?\n\nSorry if all of my questions are coming off as a bit analytical (and that there are so many of them). I am very sorry that this is happening, save bugs like this are my absolute\tleast favorite kind of bug, losing save data "},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"sucks."},{"insert":" \n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Hey, appreciate your response. I love the UX and flow of archidekt, I'd love to see this solved.\n\nThe issues usually occur within 24 hours after uploading a deck, but seem to stabilize after a few corrections and time passes. I don't see any error messages. It looks and reads in the moment like everything is working with no inidication of failure to process requests and save edits. I'm on a 4090 up-to-date windows computer, using google with a couple minor extensions like grammarly and coupon recognition.\n\nThe collection issue comes when I finish a deck, then hit \"save to collection.\" Everything is read initially as complete, green bands are added to every card and the project looks complete. Coming back to the deck 20 minutes later, I'll see something like 94/100 cards and need to find the missing 6. These 6 would also be removed from the collection. It's also not the last 6 added, it would feel totally random.\n\nCan you expand on create a new deck and paste in a decklist?\n"}]}
