Feedback on my First Deck Appreciated!

Pulled from everything I had laying around, which was limited at the time. After i was done i realized that the blue/green theme i had chosen needed to fit my commanders color identity, so i quickly found a commander who could fit the bill (only dude i had available). So that is subject to change, like everything else here. \n\nAlso the Lands. I really would like to add more dual color lands and more unique ones but, again, i worked with what i had. Now im ready to upgrade and im wondering what i should look for to improve. Played with it once and lost mainly because of mana and a sloppy early game. Was fun though! Thanks in advance!\n"}]}

Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds are ok in budget decks with 3 or more colors, but budget 2 color decks almost never need them. Gain lands like Thornwood Falls are ok if you have lifegain triggers, otherwise they're just hurting your tempo. \nYou aren't running enough lands. I would cut Murcurial Spelldancer and Contagious Vorrac, then add a couple more lands. \n"}]}
