{"ops":[{"insert":"The rarity of that printing of Arcades is special according to scryfall, nor uncommon. I also checked, and the card isn't a legal commander for pdh on scryfall either. I'd expect that it's not a bug, but that the card is not a legal pdh commander. \n"}]}
