A simple search by commander ( look up any or all of the Olivia Voldraines for some different strategies) should give you more than enough decks to develop ideas from. Secondly the terms \"budget\" and \"fun\" mean many things to different people. Are you looking for tricksie things, or just play big beaters and turn them sideways.
