Having some sort of option to display card value in £s (and other currencies) would really help us in the UK though (and other countries). And would likely help retain a higher volume of users. I know myself, I have stopped using this site several times over the years because of this. But we just don't have anything in the UK for this.\n\nMy suggestion would not necessarily have a dropdown choice to select a new marketplace to extract card price details from (like those that already are in the pool of options) as I know that requires data that is outside of your control. But rather a toggle button that can covert a price into your selected currency.\n\nThis I can see not necessarily being an option on every single card, but rather at the top of your deck/package/collection data summary where it already gives you an estimate in value. Just a little option in those areas to toggle to give an approximate conversion. This allows the value estimation to be based on data that the site has already naturally collected, and would not require any new kind of marketplace to factor in.\n\nThanks for reading. \n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"I've never been into the idea of converting currencies manually for fear of presenting disingenuous information and potentially misrepresenting our vendor's pricing information. \n\nI'll need to chat with them about it before trying something like this. If card market is fine with it, then we can certainly do it. \n\nAlternatively, if there were a vendor that could be added that supplies their pricing in GBP rhat would also be acceptable. \n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"I appreciate the incredibly fast reply to this. And I also appreciate the integrity behind your reasoning. My only thought was that if it is made clear that the conversion is just an approximation then hopefully users won't take it as gospel. \n\nThe most commonly used sites here for single cards is Magic Madhouse and cardmarket. But I am not sure how using cardmarket would work if Archdekt is already using it for Euro pricing. Plus given cardmarket's primary consumer base is the rest of Europe (that uses Euro) I imagine that would just leave many cards without a GBP value. If any of that made any sense of course. But maybe a simple solution would be seeing if Magic Madhouse, or Mage Cards can become an option. There is Chaos Cards too but their stock is not usually as vast. Again, thanks for taking the time to respond and consider this.\n\n"}]}
