{"ops":[{"insert":"Hey hey. Not too long ago it was possible to search cards by the alt name. For instance I was able to search \"The Dead Marshes\" and it would pull up Urborg, Yawgmoth's Tomb. Just wondering where that feature went and if it will be coming back? \n\nAnother note to that is that it was sorting in my deck lists by the Altered name. Again \"The Dead Marshes\" used to sit in \"T\" not \"U\" (Even though it should have been D but not the issue here) - I really liked that all those LotR alters sat where the name indicated and curious if I'll be able to again in the future.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"I’ll have to look into the reason search stopped working. Scryfall added a third name field for omenpath cards which largely just made everything way more complicated than it needed to be since now all cards have three separate name fields (name, flavor name, and printed name). \n\nAs for the sorting within the browser, that’ll likely not return due to the aforementioned three names issue. I had a few people complain about cards not using their “real card name” (aka Urborg rather than The Dead Marshes), which I mostly agree with at this point. Card names are getting strangely complicated due to the introduction of omenpath cards, especially when cards like the Dead Marshes (which use a flavor name as opposed to a display name) also exist. Rather than having to be choosey about “what the real name of a card is”, we’re just using the actual name of the card and leaving it at that. There’s too many conflicting opinions on this to have an “everyone wins” solution unfortunately, so instead we’re just going with the simplest. \n"}]}
