Card art not displayed after adding to deck

This started happening for my existing deck this morning (3 new cards I added do not show art), and I logged a new deck today, for which basically 98 of the cards do not display the card art. I closed / reopened the browser window and even restarted my computer. Checking on my phone, the issue also persists. Is this a known issue? A cursory google search did not seem to show as much.
