Budget Najeela deck.

When I goldfish it generally wins on turns 4-5 which is a bit slow. I am trying to make it fast enough that it will on average win on turn 3-4 without making the deck too expensive(like using $100 cards). So is there any good cuts or cards to add to make the deck perform faster without making it too expensive. Also how would I know when this deck is ready for me to buy it?\n"}]}
