Optimizing Budget Deck

The decks gameplan is simple, generate a ton of artifact tokens, give Jackdaw evasion somehow and swing and draw a ton and hopefully draw yourself out and win with cards like "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Laboratory Maniac"}},{"insert":" or "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Jace, Wielder of Mysteries"}},{"insert":" . The list I came up with I think is pretty strong, albeit a little slow to start but once you hit that 5 or more artifact board, you can basically wheel every turn and it just scales overtime.
