{"ops":[{"insert":"Here is my submission using a very fun commander in my opinion, [[Atris, Oracle of Half-Truths]] with a price of exactly $99.77 as of time of submission.\n\nThe first main plan of this deck is to use Atris' ETB effect as much as possible to get tons of card advantage throughout the game. The card selection mini-game you get to play with your opponents is so much fun and it works as a great bargaining/political tool when paired up with other cards like Wishclaw Talisman and Scheming Symmetry to try and get the best possible piles with Atris. I loaded the deck with other good budget dimir card draw, removal, and boardwipes to help maintain control of the board and stay ahead on cards, but one hard thing about building budget good stuff decks is how do I actually win?\n\nWell I decided that since we're on a budget and good stuff is too expensive, lets just steal and reanimate all of our opponent's good stuff. Using stealing effects is the main win condition of this deck, and this deck has ways to steal permanents on board and in opponents decks. There were some powerful cards I could not fit into the budget like Praetor's Grasp and Bribery, so I found some cheaper budget options, that aren't quite as powerful, but still get a similar enough effect. \n\nhttps://www.archidekt.com/decks/4797981/atris_highway_robbery_deck_building_submission\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Fun phoenix deck with a lot of board control using damage from Syrix ability. This is especially nice in lower cost decks since most low cost decks involve creatures. I like that this deck has a lot of decision making and requires some thought to play. Can be played over and over and will be different based on the phoenixes you find. Passive damage and healing from creatures dying and coming back lets you slowly kill your opponents while you phoenixes swing in from the sky. \n\n"},{"attributes":{"link":"https://archidekt.com/decks/4787785/rise_phoenix_rise"},"insert":"Rise Phoenix Rise"},{"insert":"\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"I think that one of the strongest decks you can build on a budget would be Koll. This is a deck I built for a $50 budget challenge me and some friends had with a few extra cards thrown in. Its a boros combo deck with the focus on effectively \"free\" creatures you can recast over and over again for victory. Either through casting it a lot to get infinite life or mana finished through witty roastmaster or storm count. Alternatively you can through your ornithopters directly with goblin bombardment.\n\n[archidekt_link]https://www.archidekt.com/decks/4341908/boros_combo[/archidekt_link]\n"}]}

Since Goreclaw, Terror of Qal-Sisma has been reprinted a few times since I originally built the deck, she's less than $2. At 3{G}, she's not too expensive to cast, and her ability, which makes your creature spells cost 2 less if they have power 4 or greater, makes for a very easy strategy of trampling over your opponents on turn 4 before they even knew what hit them. \nAre there better, more efficient options? Likely. However, there's an age-old saying that goes \"if it ain't broke, don't fix it\", and Goreclaw has proven time and again that she don't need any fixin'. Thank you for looking at the deck!\n"}]}

When I built the deck originally, I had Sword of the Animist and Song of the Dryads in it because I either got it in a draft pack or from the commander precon at the time. I've substituted Armory of Iroas and Lignify in their place to bring the price under $100.\n\nHope you enjoy my deck!\n\nhttps://archidekt.com/decks/4796577/green_flyers\n"}]}
