Power Level Rating For Commander/EDH Decks

This is mostly related to Commander/EDH decks, but nonetheless.\n\nWhat I was thinking about is the following:\n\nGiven that commander is played more (or less) non-competitive and the power of decks can be wildly different, the concept of a scale from 1-10 in terms of power is a common way to check with others before a game, to avoid unbalanced and therefore unsatisfying games. The problem with this 1-10 rating is that everybody can only rate their decks based on their own experience and in comparison to their own meta.\nI propose that, "},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"in the comment section of each decklist, everyone who has had a look at the list can then rate its powerlevel.
