Addind cards to collection doesn't work properly

I'm usually able to add a couple of cards, but then all of a sudden the feature stops working... More specifically, when I search for a card to add and click on the name, nothing gets added and I'm viewing an empty collection. Going to the home screen and then back to the collection editor often resolves this, but the problem keeps reoccuring.\n\nIf this issue has already been addressed somewhere, my apologies for opening another thread.
