Henzie deck, looking to cut down to 100

I still don't **really** know what my win-state is but I figured that through playing this deck I'll start getting the hang of it. {"ops":[{"insert":"Some cards id consider cutting:\nFrogmite (only thing going for it is affinity for artifacts, but otherwise it's just a 2/2)\n\nEtali, primal storm (Fun card, but doesn't seem to synergize with blitz or bounce or the rest of the deck)\n\nAvenger of zendikar\n\nRamp - you've got 21 cards in ramp category, definitely could reduce that a bit.\n\nSacrificing creature cards - I see how sacrificing a creature that will be sacrificed at the end of turn from blitz would be efficient, but there are *a lot* of sacrifice outlets in the deck. I'd consider removing several of these. Like phyrexian altar, without a lot of cheap tokens or small creatures, this won't be super useful.\n"}]}
