{"ops":[{"insert":"This deck is based around one of my favorite modern decks, 4-color Omnath. its a value based deck that uses Omnath and a bunch of fectches to trigger it as much as possible, with some control and a lot of removal. I included a bunch of land ramp to trigger omnath as much as possible. I also included other versions of omnath that would fit in the colors of this deck, as well as some other Teferi and Wrenn cards, so there is a bit of plansewalker support. I also put in all of the evoke elementals I could as well as other powerful modern staples. there is also a couple cards with one of my favorite mechanics, domain, because most of the lands have land types and I can have up to 4 of the land types at a time. some really important cards to the deck are the commander omnath because it just accrues a ton of value and Its gonna make it really hard to lose because of the life gain. other cards with landfall are very powerful because the deck has a bunch of fetches to trigger omnath already. the planswalkers are also very good, wrenn and six will help loop fetch lands and wrenn and seven will make huge blockers and ramp. {"ops":[{"attributes":{"bold":true,"link":"https://www.archidekt.com/decks/8278641"},"insert":"Bant Exalted, Intro Pack Reborn"},{"insert":"\n\nWhen thinking of what deck to build off of, I thought back to all of the decks that I had purchased all the way back to Mercadian Mosques. Starter decks always were always a great way to help people get into Magic for the first time, and there was one deck in particular that I always loved in that role. Back in the Shards of Alara block, pre-con decks took the form of Intro Packs, a nice 60 card deck and a single booster pack so that you could get right into modifying it. Now, most pre-con decks are for commander, and due to the eternal persistence of Bant, that gave me plenty of options for turning this once great starting point into a pseudo-commander pre-con using Morska and a few cards he brought along with him in Deep Clue Sea. \n\nXenk, Paladin Unbroken, Merchant of Truth, and Sublime Archangel helped make sure that if there's a card on the board, it most likely has Exalted. Meanwhile, many of the other cards get to work investigating, providing mana, or giving you some battle tricks, like Finest Hour and Sovereigns of Lost Alara. When things go sour, Mantle of Ancients can get back the many auras, such as the Umbra spells, onto your main attacker. There are many great options in the deck to play the role of exalted attacker, but one of the best is the deck's commander, Rafiq of the Many. When equipped with all of the power he gains from Exalted, you'll find commander damage a very accessible win condition.\n\nFrom intro pack to commander pre-con, Exalted remains a powerful tool, so why not try it out for yourself?\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"I learned how to play Magic in the original Theros set, but it was in the Tarkir block where I learned how to LOVE Magic. As a life-long lover of all things Dragons, one of my first decks I ever built was a terrible 5-color Sarkhan Unbroken Standard deck where I just threw in every Dragon and ramp piece I had and told my opponents to deal with me or get slammed with Airborne-BEEG-STOMP. In all the times I played that deck, I was able to use Sarkhan's ult MAYBE 3 times total, but I had a blast playing it anyway. When I switched to playing Commander, this deck eventually became my beloved (Now Archenemy level) Ur-Dragon deck I still have to this day.\n\nTo pay homage to my most beloved set, I designed a Commander deck based on Martin Dang's pro-tour winning deck during Dragons of Tarkir. \nI chose Dragonlord Atarka as the commander because it fit the colors, is my favorite Dragonlord from that set, and fits the theme of the main card in Dang's original deck \"Atarka's Command.\" But she's just icing on the cake. The real theme of the deck is to play as many goblins and other small creatures as you can, and then buff them up with overrun effects. If that doesn't work, there's plenty of way s to just outright burn my opponents down and copy the spells to deal as much damage as possible so Dragonlord Atarka and her horde of Goblins can come charging in for the win!\n\nhttps://archidekt.com/decks/8277545/dragons_of_tarkir_martin_dang_pro_tour_deck_commanderified\n"}]}

Daxos Blessed by the Sun, Ajani's Welcome, Auriok Champion, Distinguished Conjurer, \nLunarch Veteran, Guide of Souls, Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant and Suture Priest.\n\nWe also have cards that will give us life in other ways such as Pristine Talisman, Altar of the Pantheon, \nArchivist of Oghma, Wall of Reverence, and Aetherflux Reservoir.\n\nWith all the life gain we're going to have cards that allow us to benefit from gaining the life. Archangel of Thrune, \nAngelic Accord, Heliod Sun-Crowned, The Book of Exalted Deeds, Ocelot Pride, Regna the Redeemer and Voice of the \nBlessed.\n\nThe extra life is a great buffer for when opponents attack us while they try to remove our life gain. To make things \nharder we're going to have some pillow fort strategies added in. We have the usual tax for attacking us such as \nGhostly Prison, Norn's Annex, and Windborn Muse. Mangara the Diplomat, Teyo Geometric Tactician and Tenuous Truce \nto help deter being attacked along with a Maze of Ith.\n\nIf these fail then we have token creatures that we can use as chump blockers from our life gain. These would be \nfrom Angelic Accord, Oketra's Monumnet, Heliod God of the Sun, Ocelot Pride, The Book of Exalted Deeds,  \nRegna the Redeemer and Castle Ardenvale.\n\nSo with all of this how do we win? Easiest way is to throw in a nuke. Aetherflux Reservoir should allow us to \ntake out anyone that threatens us as we should have plenty of life. If not Archangel of Thrune will make \nour creatures beefy from each life gain. The same with Heliod Sun-Crowned. Guide of Souls will also do this \nin a slower manner as we need energy but it gives two +1/+1 counters along with a flying counter and making \nthe creature an angel. Mother of Runes can give a creature protection from a color so we can swing in along with \nRogue's Passage making something unblockable. Late game since we have a few token generators we can swing wide \nand just try to win by attrition.\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"Thanks for the prompt Archidekt Team!\n\nSo I think even new players to the game are likely to have stumbled upon the infamy of Modern Splinter Twin while perusing the internet. The deck was an absolute menace and was ultimately banned from the format in 2016. The number of redundant combos it could utilize in a tight and controlling decklist created an environment where the only option was to play Splinter Twin or lose. So how best to emulate that in Commander? Inalla, Archmage Ritualist. Inalla plays on the exact same gameplan as Splinter Twin - a tight, controlling decklist with several redundant combos that create an unlimited number of hasty attackers. This version of the deck waylays the more convoluted combos Inalla sometimes runs like Thassa's Oracle and Underworld Breach lines and instead runs all of the classic Twin combos in Splinter Twin, Kiki-Jiki, Deceiver Exarch, and Pestermite. The Spellseeker/Scholar line is still included as it ultimately produces the same wincon as any of the Kiki-Combos - infinite hasty attacker copies. \n\nIn this particular list, I chose to remove the premier fast mana (Mana Crypt, Mana Vault and some others) and swap out the more resilient and efficient combos with Kiki/Twin. Not only does this then include those classic cards in the list, but it also the feeling of being overpowered at your table. I imagine someone showing up to a casual table with this deck, winning in a few turns, and then arguing that it is a casual deck because it isn't playing the best combos or the fastest mana the deck could run.
