It was also the only deck I ever played that won me first place at my LGS's weekly Friday Night Magic tournament.\n\nIt mixed the various creatures with \"exile target creature until this creature leaves the battlefield\" effects in standard and Cast Out, with Angel of Invention, Gisela the Broken Blade, and Bruna the Fading Light as finishers. Oketra's Monument helped, too, reducing costs and popping out some additional 1/1 white soldiers. I mostly made that original deck because I had been lucky enough to pull some Brunas and Giselas from packs and wanted to play some janky white control cards, too.\n\nI've captures the original concept of that deck in this EDH deck with Bruna the Fading Light at the helm, alongside many of the same cards, a few cards with similar functions, and a few pieces that just good general white Commander staples to give it a bit more oomph.
