This means that even tho the deck is built around the Godsire, 8 mana is a lot, so a lot of the tutors in the deck can be used to grab behemoths herald early, sacrifice some sand soldiers and cheat out a massive Godsire. The rest of the deck is built around recursion and protection (in case the Godsire catches some heat) and populate/untap mechanics so that you can make as many Godsire beasts as possible, finally throwing in some card draw and haste to finish things off! The concept is simple, find Worldslayer, put it on Zamriel, Seraph of Steel, and slay the world repeatedly. Virtually every card in the deck exists to find Worldslayer, protect Worldslayer, make it easier to equip Worldslayer, or to slow down opponents so you have more time to play Worldslayer.
