Promise of Loyalty

Each player puts a vow counter on a creature they control and sacrifices the rest. Each of those creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control for as long as it has a vow counter on it.

Author of Shadows

When Author of Shadows enters, exile all opponents' graveyards. Choose a nonland card exiled this way. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.
