Each player mills ten cards. For each player, choose a creature or planeswalker card in that player's graveyard. Put those cards onto the battlefield under your control. Then each creature you control becomes a Phyrexian in addition to its other types.

As an additional cost to cast black permanent spells, you may pay 2 life. Those spells cost {B} less to cast if you paid life this way. This effect reduces only the amount of black mana you pay.
Whenever you cast a black permanent spell, target creature you control gets +1/+1 and gains menace until end of turn.

If an opponent controls a Plains and you control a Swamp, you may cast this spell without paying its mana cost.

Phyrexian Delver

When Phyrexian Delver enters, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. You lose life equal to that card's mana value.

Massacre Wurm

When this creature enters, creatures your opponents control get -2/-2 until end of turn.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, that player loses 2 life.

Black Sun's Zenith

Put X -1/-1 counters on each creature. Shuffle Black Sun's Zenith into its owner's library.

I — For each opponent, destroy up to one target creature or planeswalker that player controls.
II — Each opponent discards three cards, then mills three cards.
