Vault 11: Voter's Dilemma

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)
I — For each opponent, you create a 1/1 white Human Soldier creature token.
II, III — Each player secretly votes for up to one creature, then those votes are revealed. If no creature got votes, each player draws a card. Otherwise, destroy each creature with the most votes or tied for most votes.

Trial of a Time Lord

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after IV.)
I, II, III — Exile target nontoken creature an opponent controls until Trial of a Time Lord leaves the battlefield.
IV — Starting with you, each player votes for innocent or guilty. If guilty gets more votes, the owner of each card exiled with Trial of a Time Lord puts that card on the bottom of their library.

Drafna, Founder of Lat-Nam

{1}{U}: Return target artifact you control to its owner's hand.
{3}, {T}: Copy target artifact spell you control. (The copy becomes a token.)

Gonti's Aether Heart

Whenever Gonti's Aether Heart or another artifact you control enters, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters).
Pay eight {E}, Exile Gonti's Aether Heart: Take an extra turn after this one.

Aetherworks Marvel

Whenever a permanent you control is put into a graveyard, you get {E} (an energy counter).
{T}, Pay six {E}: Look at the top six cards of your library. You may cast a spell from among them without paying its mana cost. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Urza, Lord Protector

Artifact, instant, and sorcery spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.
{7}: If you both own and control Urza, Lord Protector and an artifact named The Mightstone and Weakstone, exile them, then meld them into Urza, Planeswalker. Activate only as a sorcery.

Consulate Surveillance

When Consulate Surveillance enters, you get {E}{E}{E}{E} (four energy counters).
Pay {E}{E}: Prevent all damage that would be dealt to you this turn by a source of your choice.

Fabrication Module

Whenever you get one or more {E} (energy counters), put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
{4}, {T}: You get {E}.

Lightning Runner

Double strike, haste
Whenever Lightning Runner attacks, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters), then you may pay eight {E}. If you pay, untap all creatures you control, and after this phase, there is an additional combat phase.

Aethersquall Ancient

Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep, you get {E}{E}{E} (three energy counters).
Pay eight {E}: Return all other creatures to their owners' hands. Activate only as a sorcery.

Aether Hub

When Aether Hub enters, you get {E} (an energy counter).
{T}: Add {C}.
{T}, Pay {E}: Add one mana of any color.

Artificer Class

(Gain the next level as a sorcery to add its ability.)
The first artifact spell you cast each turn costs {1} less to cast.
{1}{U}: Level 2
When this Class becomes level 2, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal an artifact card. Put that card into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
{5}{U}: Level 3
At the beginning of your end step, create a token that's a copy of target artifact you control.

Unwinding Clock

Untap all artifacts you control during each other player's untap step.

Jeskai Ascendancy

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn. Untap those creatures.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card.

Sai, Master Thopterist

Whenever you cast an artifact spell, create a 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact creature token with flying.
{1}{U}, Sacrifice two artifacts: Draw a card.

Era of Innovation

Whenever an artifact or Artificer you control enters, you may pay {1}. If you do, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters).
Pay six {E}, Sacrifice Era of Innovation: Draw three cards.

Goblin Welder

{T}: Choose target artifact a player controls and target artifact card in that player's graveyard. If both targets are still legal as this ability resolves, that player simultaneously sacrifices the artifact and returns the artifact card to the battlefield.

The Mightstone and Weakstone

When The Mightstone and Weakstone enters, choose one —
• Draw two cards.
• Target creature gets -5/-5 until end of turn.
{T}: Add {C}{C}. This mana can't be spent to cast nonartifact spells.

Oswald Fiddlebender

Magical Tinkering — {W}, {T}, Sacrifice an artifact: Search your library for an artifact card with mana value equal to 1 plus the sacrificed artifact's mana value, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. Activate only as a sorcery.

Improvise (Your artifacts can help cast this spell. Each artifact you tap after you're done activating mana abilities pays for {1}.)
Search your library for an artifact card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Karn's Bastion
