When Champions of Minas Tirith enters, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of combat on each opponent's turn, if you're the monarch, that opponent may pay {X}, where X is the number of cards in their hand. If they don't, they can't attack you this combat.

Forced Fruition

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, that player draws seven cards.

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, Price of Knowledge deals damage to that player equal to the number of cards in that player's hand.

Target player reveals their hand. You gain life equal to the number of cards in that player's hand.

Sword of War and Peace

Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from red and from white.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, Sword of War and Peace deals damage to that player equal to the number of cards in their hand and you gain 1 life for each card in your hand.

Dark Suspicions

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player loses X life, where X is the number of cards in that player's hand minus the number of cards in your hand.

Ebony Owl Netsuke

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, if that player has seven or more cards in hand, Ebony Owl Netsuke deals 4 damage to that player.

Elder Brain

Whenever Elder Brain attacks a player, exile all cards from that player's hand, then they draw that many cards. You may play lands and cast spells from among the exiled cards for as long as they remain exiled. If you cast a spell this way, you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.

Folio of Fancies

Players have no maximum hand size.
{X}{X}, {T}: Each player draws X cards.
{2}{U}, {T}: Each opponent mills cards equal to the number of cards in their hand.

Induced Amnesia

When Induced Amnesia enters, target player exiles all cards from their hand face down, then draws that many cards.
When Induced Amnesia is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, return the exiled cards to their owner's hand.

Entropic Specter's power and toughness are each equal to the number of cards in the chosen player's hand.
Whenever Entropic Specter deals damage to a player, that player discards a card.

Teferi's Tutelage

When Teferi's Tutelage enters, draw a card, then discard a card.
Whenever you draw a card, target opponent mills two cards. (They put the top two cards of their library into their graveyard.)

Liliana's Caress

Whenever an opponent discards a card, that player loses 2 life.

Megrim

Whenever an opponent discards a card, Megrim deals 2 damage to that player.

Sphinx's Tutelage

Whenever you draw a card, target opponent mills two cards. If two nonland cards that share a color were milled this way, repeat this process.
{5}{U}: Draw a card, then discard a card.

Blood Pact

Target player draws two cards and loses 2 life.

Atrocious Experiment

Target player mills two cards, draws two cards, and loses 2 life. (To mill a card, a player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard.)

Damnable Pact

Target player draws X cards and loses X life.

Propaganda

Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays {2} for each creature they control that's attacking you.

Drown in Dreams

Choose one. If you control a commander as you cast this spell, you may choose both instead.
• Target player draws X cards.
• Target player mills twice X cards.

Howling Mine

At the beginning of each player's draw step, if Howling Mine is untapped, that player draws an additional card.
