You may choose new targets for the copy" and the first letter of its name is Z. (This is both stylish AND makes it a different name for the legend rule!)

Hosting Season

While it's October 25th, 2024, whenever you cast your commander, create a token that's a copy of it except it isn't legendary.
While it's October 26th or 27th, 2024, if one or more tokens would be created under your control, instead twice that many tokens are created and each of them enters with a +1/+1 counter on it.
On any other date, both abilities apply. (Because why not?)

The Cobra King

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, create a 1/1 blue Serpent creature token named Cobra Coil. When you do, if you control five or more Snakes and/or Serpents, choose one —
• Strike first — Target Snake or Serpent you control fights target creature an opponent controls.
• Strike hard — Put a +1/+1 counter on each Snake and Serpent you control.

The Judge of Height

The Judge of Height gets +1/+0 for each creature on the battlefield that it's taller than. (A creature's height is equal to its toughness plus its mana value.)

Seventh Stage of Magic Design

Double all your spells and abilities. (All spells and abilities cast, activated, or triggered by you are copied. Mana abilities produce twice as much mana.)

Fourth Stage of Magic Design

Once per turn, you may cast a nonland card as though it was another card of your choice with the same mana cost. You can't choose the same card twice. (Mana cost includes color. No looking cards up!)

The Wiley Speedster

At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose one —
• Target creature gets +1/+0 and gains haste until end of turn.
• The Wiley Speedster deals 1 damage to any target.
• Create a Treasure token.

The Tokenator

Whenever The Tokenator attacks, you get two token counters. Then create a creature token with the color(s) and creature type of your choice. Its power and toughness are any combination equal to the number of token counters you have. (For example, if you have four token counters, it can be a 0/4, 1/3, 2/2, 3/1, or, if you're really sure, 4/0.)

Second Stage of Magic Design

Whenever you cast a spell with a keyword or ability word, if it doesn't share a keyword or ability word with a permanent you control or a card in your graveyard, draw a card. (Keywords and ability words include abilities like flying, flashback, and landfall.)

The Caffeinated Runner

Whenever the The Caffeinated Runner enters or attacks, create a Food token.
Sacrifice a Food: Target creature gains haste until end of turn. Whenever it next becomes tapped this turn, untap it.
Ready to run (You can have two commanders if both have ready to run.)

Sixth Stage of Magic Design

All creatures are legendary.
Creatures with a black or silver expansion symbol get +1/+1.
Creatures without a black or silver expansion symbol get +2/+2.

The Actualizer

At the beginning of your first main phase, read aloud the name, mana cost, type line, power, and toughness of a card in your hand, except lie about one of them. Each opponent simultaneously guesses which one is incorrect. Then reveal the card. Each opponent who guessed incorrectly loses 3 life. You may discard that card and draw a card. (They can't look it up or ask for help as this ability is resolving. Nice try, though.)

Drive to Work

Exile target creature or Vehicle. At the beginning of the next end step, return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control. Then you may share a story or fun fact about that card. If you do, you gain 3 life.

The Wheeling Runner

You may spend any type of mana to cast cards that didn't start in your deck.
Whenever The Wheeling Runner deals combat damage to a player, you may discard your hand. If you do, choose four Vintage-legal cards at random. Add those cards to your hand. (The "Random Card" feature on a search site may help.)
Ready to run (You can have two commanders if both have ready to run.)

Genevieve, Conniving Dragon

At the beginning of combat on your turn, roll the party die and create a number of Treasure tokens equal to the result. (Your party consists of up to one of each of Cleric, Rogue, Warrior, and Wizard. If your party size is 1, the party die is a d4. It's a d8 for 2, a d12 for 3, and a d20 for 4.)

Another Night in Vegas

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one that hasn't been chosen —
• Wake Up! — Return target creature card from a graveyard to its owner's hand.
• VIP Line Access — Search your library for a card, then shuffle and put that card on top.
• Life of the Party — Whenever a spell is cast this turn, you gain 2 life.
• Breakfast at Dawn — Create two Food tokens. Sacrifice this enchantment.

First Stage of Magic Design

You gain 3 life. Draw three cards. Add {B}{B}{B}. This spell deals 3 damage to any target. Target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn.

The Magical City, New

The The Magical City, New enters the battlefield tapped.
{T}: Add {W}, {U}, or {R}. When this mana is spent to cast a legendary spell, put a +1/+1 counter on this land.
{4}: The Magical City, New becomes a 1/1 white, blue, and red Human Artist creature until end of turn.
The Magical City, New can be your Commander. (Commander tax still applies.)

Whenever The Great Juggernaut attacks, shuffle your library then exile the top card of your library. You may play that card without paying its mana cost this turn.

The Joiner of Cats

Whenever this creature attacks, look at the top six cards of your library. You may put a Cat creature card from among them onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. Put the rest of the cards on the bottom of your library in a random order. If you don't put a card onto the battlefield this way, create a token that's a tapped and attacking copy of Lurrus of the Dream-Den.

The Zassacre Zirl

When The Zassacre Zirl enters the battlefield, if you cast them, destroy target commander an opponent controls. If its owner has two or more commanders, that card stops being a commander.

Identify the Culprit

Secretly chose a creature target opponent controls. Then, that player guesses which creature it is. Reveal the chosen creature. If they guessed incorrectly, exile the creature you chose. Otherwise, return Identify the Culprit to its owner's hand and you can't cast it again this turn.

The Crimson Avenger

The Fish Brewer

When The Fish Brewer enters the battlefield or attacks, create a 1/1 Fish creature token that's all colors.
If another permanent entering the battlefield causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, tap any number of Fish you control. That ability triggers an additional time for each Fish tapped this way.

The Disciple of Vess

Banned Eldraine Card

As an additional cost to play Banned Eldraine Card, pay {B}, {3}{R}{G}, {3}{R}, {2}, {0}, or {1}{G}. It becomes a copy respectively of Cauldron Familiar, Escape to the Wilds, Fires of Invention, Lucky Clover, Mystic Sanctuary, Once Upon A Time for the rest of the game in all zones. (You can't choose Oko. Because let's be real, nobody wants to play against Oko again.)

Really Charming Prince

When Really Charming Prince enters the battlefield, choose one of the following four cards at random: Piracy Charm, Sapphire Charm, Trickery Charm, and Vision Charm. You may create a copy of the chosen card and cast that copy without paying its mana cost.

Force of Rowan

You may pay 1 life and exile a red card from your hand rather than pay this spell's mana cost.
Copy target instant or sorcery spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Whenever you cast a playtest card, draw a card. This ability triggers only once each turn.

Command Power Plant
