Marath, Will of the Wild

Marath, Will of the Wild enters with a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the amount of mana spent to cast it.
{X}, Remove X +1/+1 counters from Marath: Choose one —
• Put X +1/+1 counters on target creature. X can't be 0.
• Marath deals X damage to any target. X can't be 0.
• Create an X/X green Elemental creature token. X can't be 0.

Bard Class

(Gain the next level as a sorcery to add its ability.)
Legendary creatures you control enter with an additional +1/+1 counter on them.
{R}{G}: Level 2
Legendary spells you cast cost {R}{G} less to cast. This effect reduces only the amount of colored mana you pay.
{3}{R}{G}: Level 3
Whenever you cast a legendary spell, exile the top two cards of your library. You may play them this turn.

Invigorating Surge

Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control, then double the number of +1/+1 counters on that creature.

Savage Summoning

This spell can't be countered.
The next creature spell you cast this turn can be cast as though it had flash. That spell can't be countered. That creature enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on it.

Master Chef

Commander creatures you own have "This creature enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on it" and "Other creatures you control enter with an additional +1/+1 counter on them."

Communal Brewing

When Communal Brewing enters, any number of target opponents each draw a card. Put an ingredient counter on Communal Brewing, then put an ingredient counter on it for each card drawn this way.
Whenever you cast a creature spell, that creature enters with X additional +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the number of ingredient counters on Communal Brewing.

Storyweave

Choose one —
• Put two +1/+1 counters on target creature you control.
• Put two lore counters on target Saga you control. The next time one or more enchantment creatures you control enter this turn, each enters with two additional +1/+1 counters on it.

Ornery Tumblewagg

At the beginning of combat on your turn, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
Whenever Ornery Tumblewagg attacks while saddled, double the number of +1/+1 counters on target creature.
Saddle 2 (Tap any number of other creatures you control with total power 2 or more: This Mount becomes saddled until end of turn. Saddle only as a sorcery.)

Opal Palace

{T}: Add {C}.
{1}, {T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity. If you spend this mana to cast your commander, it enters with a number of additional +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number of times it's been cast from the command zone this game.

C.A.M.P.

Whenever fortified land is tapped for mana, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. If that creature shares a color with the mana that land produced, create a Junk token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. Activate only as a sorcery.")
Fortify {3} ({3}: Attach to target land you control. Fortify only as a sorcery.)

Roaring Earth

Landfall — Whenever a land you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature or Vehicle you control.
Channel — {X}{G}{G}, Discard Roaring Earth: Put X +1/+1 counters on target land you control. It becomes a 0/0 green Spirit creature with haste. It's still a land.

Sutina, Speaker of the Tajuru

When Sutina, Speaker of the Tajuru enters, search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
Whenever Sutina attacks, you may return a land you control to its owner's hand. When you do, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.

Snakeskin Veil

Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. It gains hexproof until end of turn. (It can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.)

Sylvan Scavenging

At the beginning of your end step, choose one —
• Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
• Create a 3/3 green Raccoon creature token if you control a creature with power 4 or greater.

Fungal Behemoth

Fungal Behemoth's power and toughness are each equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on creatures you control.
Suspend X—{X}{G}{G}. X can't be 0. (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {X}{G}{G} and exile it with X time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. It has haste.)
Whenever a time counter is removed from Fungal Behemoth while it's exiled, you may put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.

Retreat to Kazandu

Landfall — Whenever a land you control enters, choose one —
• Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
• You gain 2 life.

Visions of Dominance

Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature, then double the number of +1/+1 counters on it.
Flashback {8}{G}{G}. This spell costs {X} less to cast this way, where X is the greatest mana value of a commander you own on the battlefield or in the command zone. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Constable of the Realm

Renown 2 (When this creature deals combat damage to a player, if it isn't renowned, put two +1/+1 counters on it and it becomes renowned.)
Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on Constable of the Realm, exile up to one other target nonland permanent until Constable of the Realm leaves the battlefield.

Defiler of Vigor

Trample
As an additional cost to cast green permanent spells, you may pay 2 life. Those spells cost {G} less to cast if you paid life this way. This effect reduces only the amount of green mana you pay.
Whenever you cast a green permanent spell, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.

Knighted Myr

{2}{W}: Adapt 1. (If this creature has no +1/+1 counters on it, put a +1/+1 counter on it.)
Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on Knighted Myr, it gains double strike until end of turn.

Shalai and Hallar

Flying, vigilance
Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on a creature you control, Shalai and Hallar deals that much damage to target opponent.

Incubation Druid

{T}: Add one mana of any type that a land you control could produce. If Incubation Druid has a +1/+1 counter on it, add three mana of that type instead.
{3}{G}{G}: Adapt 3. (If this creature has no +1/+1 counters on it, put three +1/+1 counters on it.)

Basking Broodscale

Devoid (This card has no color.)
{1}{G}: Adapt 1. (If this creature has no +1/+1 counters on it, put a +1/+1 counter on it.)
Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on Basking Broodscale, you may create a 0/1 colorless Eldrazi Spawn creature token with "Sacrifice this creature: Add {C}."

Herd Baloth

Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on Herd Baloth, you may create a 4/4 green Beast creature token.

Axgard Artisan

Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on Axgard Artisan for the first time each turn, create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion

If you would put one or more counters on a creature or planeswalker you control or on yourself, put that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead.

Bloodspore Thrinax

Devour 1 (As this enters, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. This creature enters with that many +1/+1 counters on it.)

Branching Evolution

If one or more +1/+1 counters would be put on a creature you control, twice that many +1/+1 counters are put on that creature instead.

Empowered Autogenerator enters tapped.
{T}: Put a charge counter on Empowered Autogenerator. Add X mana of any one color, where X is the number of charge counters on Empowered Autogenerator.

Hardened Scales

If one or more +1/+1 counters would be put on a creature you control, that many plus one +1/+1 counters are put on it instead.

Haruspex

Rapacious Hunger — Whenever another creature dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Haruspex.
Devouring Monster — {T}, Remove X +1/+1 counters from Haruspex: Add X mana of any one color.

Xenagos, the Reveler

+1: Add X mana in any combination of {R} and/or {G}, where X is the number of creatures you control.
0: Create a 2/2 red and green Satyr creature token with haste.
−6: Exile the top seven cards of your library. You may put any number of creature and/or land cards from among them onto the battlefield.
